Called to inquire about a set of custom headers for my application. The older gentleman on the phone wouldn’t hear me out and said “not to be rude” and then proceeded to be pretty rude. I apologized and he said “well you repeated yourself”. Sorry for trying to be thorough in my request, it’s not an inexpensive part. If they treat the customer like this I’ll just spend my money elsewhere and I would advise you do the same.

We had an outstanding customer service experience with Dina and Sal for my husband's '05 GTO. The exhaust components that I ordered as an xmas gift for my husband were too large to be shipped through the APO address, (we're stationed in Germany) and American Racing Headers worked tirelessly with us to find a solution. They ultimately shipped the parts to our german house address off-post, paying for all of the customs/duties taxes, shipping costs, and import fees! It was here in less than 4 days, and Dina at ARH's handled every facet of the delivery with finesse and aplomb. I purchased a set of headers with the “Y” pipe. I was told that they were in stock before going through with the order. After placing the order I found out that they didn’t have the product in stock but we’re made to order every order. That set the customers project behind schedule. Once we received them months later, “Covid related reasons”, I too was impressed with the way that they looked but just like fine art. “They look really good but it’s completely useless”! I installed the kit for the customer just to find out that there is no clearance for the steering. These were supposed to be a factory or OEM fit kit. Contacted Sal for assistance in correcting the issue or maybe a part was packaged wrong, either way I did as he asked and supplied him all the information he requested only for him never to return my call. Buyers beware, it’s over priced useless junk. Your better off purchasing a $200 set of headers and making them work, at least you save yourself $1,800.

Fly by Night company that doesn't know what they are doing1st I got something I didnt even orderI caled and got on them and gave them the information they needed again to make my headers correctly and they still make my headers the wrong way nothing but overpriced junkI spent the whole entire day trying to get one side mounted and the slipcollector Never lined up properly gonna have to weld it to make it workwhen they made the headers they warped the header flange and did not use any lube when bending the pipes they are really scratched up and really can't be polished without 20 or 30 hours of work cleaning them upJust use cooks headers they won't do you wrong like these people will do

Extremely high quality product except for fit. I ordered their headers for my Jeep Wrangler TJ 4.0 and got to installing them 3 months later. Well, as it turns out they don’t fit. The Savvy mid-arm suspension system I have has longer control arms that interfere with the lower portion of the header. Only 1” of up-travel from the suspension before the control arm hits the header.I called them to let them know this and asked if they would return them even though it was way past 60 days. My thought is that since they didn’t fit at all they would make an exception. Sure enough they told me no.In my mind they should have offered to return the headers simply due to the fact that they do not fit my Jeep.I will definitely be letting everyone I know to be weary of these guys.

If you want true performance headers and exhaust system, this is the place you need to seek. I had my Mercedes E550 coupe done about 2 years ago and now I have them doing my 500 hp 81 Vette from motor to tail. All custom done, stainless steel exhaust, to get the most performance out of the vehicle.
