STORE IS CLOSED .. tried going today to use my store credit. Also called to see where they were located but no answer. Ridiculous, how can I get my money back?

Bought a north face jacket 400+$ found defects in color 1 day later . Would not refund or exchange even though I was within their return policy. They don't care once you pay them! Caution return policy is a lie they don't stand behind !!
