Myself and my family travel from a few towns over to come to this particular mechanic. Andy is so kind and very skilled at his craft. His pricing is always fair and transparent. He never proceeds with a repair without explaining it to me and gaining approval first. For someone who knows very little about cars, this is super important to me. I cannot say enough great things about AKA Auto Bus & Truck. I highly recommend them!

A traditional auto repair shop that is really a family endeavor. They are worth their weight in gold, honorable, mechanically savy and very , very reasonably priced. They take customer service to heart and will get you back on the road quickly. They even send Christmas greeting cards out to their customers, we are forever customers of this establishment. I drive from Brooklyn to have my car serviced. Andy runs a great shop and he hires real mechanics who do amazing work. Its hard to find people you trust, Andy & Cathy are the best.

I was there to fix my car I never met anyone so rude in my life like Andy he was Literally yelling at me I wish if there was something less than 1 star I would give it to this place very in professional and disgusting person stay away from those peoples.

I have been going here for about 7/8 years and service has always been great. Very nice, honest and decent prices. I'm always in & out. If there is a time it will be a while I always get called back within a reasonable time.

Friendly and FAST . Andy is super nice & always gets me in & out quick for an oil change, inspection, windshield wiper blade replacement etc;. I've been going to him for 12 years now. Even when I moved from Bay Shore to Nesconset & Sayville I still drive there to get my car serviced by A.K.A.
