In this store we paid for the merchandise, the machine approved the purchase but since there was no receipt, the cashier refused to deliver the merchandise and they never gave us the money back or the clothes, they scammed us and the manager did not give any solution and the cashiers only responded They laughed at us, never buy anything strange there, they charge you and don't give you your clothes.

Slow work ethic, and if you ask someone on the floor for help they tell you to wait un line for one cashier who is taking forever and then when you get to the cashier they call the same person who you had asked for help in the first place over for help. ?

Store manager is trash like her staff. Dina or Adina the one with the big nose big obese body that works as the manger. Calling Paul blart mall cops to kick people out of store cuz she won’t look at security footage cuz her incompetent hippo girl with glasses that works in the front can’t count how many boxes of shoes were in the bag. Super unintelligent people working at this mid adidas store.

If you know this female at adidas she’s apparently the store supervisor manager also Oompa Loompa number 1. Oompa Loompa number 1 Refuses to do my refund. Charged me 2 times for shoes that I never received. Absolutely horrifying experience which I’ll bring up to corporate. She was sooooo unhelpful and refused to help with the refund so she called in security guard Oompa Loompa number 2 to make us leave the store. Bro I spent thousands of dollars at this store for the worst customer service experience. Oompa Loompa number 2 his name is Anthony the security guard at tanger. Bro walking around like he got BDE. Oh btw you can’t record in store cuz it’s private prooperty Anthony the law maker aka minimum wage security guard. DO NOT EVER GO HERE CUZ RETURNS ARE HORREDOUS. THANK YOU DINA FOR BEING SUCH A HORRIBLE OBESE SAD HUMAN AND YOURE BF ANTHONY THE SECURITY GUARD FOR THIS UNFORTUNATE SUNDAY. Also some pimpled face dude here BDE tiny boy telling me he can’t help me. Grow some height than talk to people!

Google maps says they close at 9. We came on a thursday around 8:15 and they are already closed. The lady tolld me they close at 7.

I took the trip out to these outlets specifically to see adidas. There was not much available and there were no tracksuits for women at all with matching size top and bottom. Very cute little outlets but not large and unfortunately not worth the trip in my opinion.
