Now that I’ve owned a new Traverse for over a year I wanted to express how much I love this vehicle. Being able to finally get back into an SUV is just the best. (There’s no comparison.)
I’m very grateful that Bill(GM) suggested full integrated/hardwired controls. (Once you try them you’ll never go back; he was 100-percent correct!) Both Bill & Patti were wonderful to work with on the purchase side and I’ve grown very impressed with the new Shop Manager, John and Mechanics team. (JR remains the absolute best at finding personalized solutions/adaptions.)
Lastly, I’m grateful to Braun reps who fielded all my questions/concerns before and after purchase.

I rented a Chrysler Voyager wheelchair accessible minivan from MobilityWorks in Deer Park. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He showed me everything I needed to know about the van including how to operate the electric ramp and how to safely secure the wheelchair. The van was easy and comfortable to drive. I felt confident and safe transporting my paralyzed brother and he enjoyed the ride. Thank you so much Tom and MobilityWorks.

John in the service department was a lifesaver!!! We came in to have our ramp serviced, and a couple of other issues we were having… and John came to our rescue each time!! He was able to get us appointments within a couple days and fixed our problems within half an hour! If you ever need help with your accessible vehicle, John, and the Deer Park Mobility Works is the way to go! Thanks John!

Having to buy a handicapped accessible van for the first time is extremely daunting but John H at MobilityWorks in Deer Park was amazing. He found vehicles that fit my needs & budget & I felt no pressure at all. Thanks to him my son will now be able to experience so much more than doctor appointments. I can not recommend MobilityWorks in Deer Park enough!

Flawless experience. They were there for me at a very difficult time and showed understanding and patience in my lack of knowledge on how to navigate a loved one with sudden needs. I managed to get my mother to her grandsons college graduation and I couldn't have done it without TOM of Mobility Works in Deer Park

I rented a Wheel Chair Accessible Van in Deer Park this past Friday. The service I received is beyond 5 stars. The Vehicle was excellent We felt like we were riding in a Limo. Hats Off to Tom for helping us with this. We will absolutely be doing this again.

My mom was recovering from a leg injury and using a wheelchair, but insisted to fly in and visit me, so I needed to rent an accessible vehicle. The manager, Tom, called me two days in advance to confirm the necessary documents and information. On the day of the rental, Tom greeted me warmly and had prepared a Chrysler Voyager in excellent condition with only 10k miles on it. He not only explained the basics of the vehicle and the route to JFK but also demonstrated how to use the electric folding ramp. He was very professional and friendly throughout. The vehicle worked so well and smooth in the 5-day rental, and even for me a first-time acessible van driver, it was not hard to use it.
If anyone needs to rent a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or someday needs to buy one (though I sincerely hope that day never comes), I highly recommend Tom and the Deer Park branch.

Tom at Mobilityworks worked with us to rent a handicap accessible van. The van was clean and in excellent condition. I will use them again if the need arises and refer them to others without hesitation.
