“Bought my car here 5 years ago and have never taken it anywhere else. Awesome place! Have always told me honestly if something was wrong and doesn’t charge unreasonable prices to fix the problems. I needed a new muffler , thought it would take over a week to have my car back. Not even 2 days later my car was all done and like new underneath. Thankfully never had to go for anything major, but even if we did, I know it would be fixed perfectly and quickly. Best SAAB guys around.”

“So I’m writing this a little late, but I bought a 2013 f150 from these guys back in July. The buying experience was really good, I feel like I got a good deal on a nice truck, and they were able to work with my financing options, overall a good experience. Now here is where these guys really stood out in my book, my truck came with a warranty, and it ended up having a water pump basically exploding while my wife was driving it in September. This would normally be something I would take care of but I was out of state and wouldn’t have access to a phone for a little over a week. She called the dealership and they were able to walk her through the warranty process. Now the only hang up was she was going to get charged a few hundred dollars for the tow, she talked with Andrew about it and his words exactly were “absolutely not, cancel that tow and we will come tow it” the repairs took just a few days, we didn’t have to pay a dime, and everything was wrapped up and taken care of before I had access to a phone again. This was proof to me that these guys are worth doing business with, they stand by their word and take care of people. And with how they worked with my wife while I was gone, she has explained to me how she won’t buy from anyone else going further.”
“This garage is great!!It really feels like a garage from back in the day- and by that I mean, it feels like they care about you in your vehicle. One day I pulled in described the noises- not very well- that my vehicle was making, they came out, checked it out and said you probably ought to leave it or itll get worse and cost you a lot more, they gave me a ride home even. They'll keep you updated, if they find something else wrong they'll tell you (instead of fixing it then telling you with an OH By The Way added cost)”

My insurance company said it would be a couple of days before they get the claim finalized, and I was worried about rain damaging the camper further. He was able to patch it up for me so I could get back on the road safely.”

“My starter went out over the weekend and I was not able to replace it myself. I called Monday morning first thing and Pete told me that he could work me in this morning. So I was able to bring it down with my friend banging on this starter while I started the truck trick. Pete said he would be able to swap it out and have it done by the end of lunch. Right about 1:00pm my phone rang and it was Pete letting me know my truck was done. When I got there to pay him and pick up my truck. It was exactly what he quoted me for the price and my truck is fixed. I highly recommend Pete and Winns Auto Service for anyone in a pinch.
