“So I’m writing this a little late, but I bought a 2013 f150 from these guys back in July. The buying experience was really good, I feel like I got a good deal on a nice truck, and they were able to work with my financing options, overall a good experience. Now here is where these guys really stood out in my book, my truck came with a warranty, and it ended up having a water pump basically exploding while my wife was driving it in September. This would normally be something I would take care of but I was out of state and wouldn’t have access to a phone for a little over a week. She called the dealership and they were able to walk her through the warranty process. Now the only hang up was she was going to get charged a few hundred dollars for the tow, she talked with Andrew about it and his words exactly were “absolutely not, cancel that tow and we will come tow it” the repairs took just a few days, we didn’t have to pay a dime, and everything was wrapped up and taken care of before I had access to a phone again. This was proof to me that these guys are worth doing business with, they stand by their word and take care of people. And with how they worked with my wife while I was gone, she has explained to me how she won’t buy from anyone else going further.”

“Best mechanic I've used bar none (and I'm 45 years old so I've used a lot of mechanics.) Frank's Garage have always been fair or more than fair with pricing and speed. They have worked on all of my families various cars and trucks for years now and I will not use anyone else. If there is a way to get a solid repair completed without spending a lot of money these guys always go that extra mile in order to save me money. “I never leave Google Reviews for anything but if there’s a place that deserves it, it’s this place. I’ve driven my car to Alaska and back and have kept this car for years after, this place gives you a peace of mind thanks to their honesty and quality work. They will never recommend replacing parts/ any services unless absolutely necessary. Always pleasant when I go, and very trustworthy. I read a previous review how refreshing it is to find a shop that is so transparent and helpful, couldn’t agree more. I bring my car from the Utica area here about twice a year, more than worth it. This place has replaced shocks, struts, 2 rounds of tires, sway bar links, an axel, rear brakes, and a timing chain (probably more I’m not remembering) on my car over the years and I’ve never had an issue. Thank you to this place for their services.”

After another shop changed my nys inspection appointment 2x, I gave up and searched again and ended up at this jiffy lube… they could take me right away (no appointment, first come first served) and couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Nice waiting area, though I was able to walk to the coffee shop and back rather than have to wait. Will return for future needs!”

“Bought my car here 5 years ago and have never taken it anywhere else. Awesome place! Have always told me honestly if something was wrong and doesn’t charge unreasonable prices to fix the problems. I needed a new muffler , thought it would take over a week to have my car back. Not even 2 days later my car was all done and like new underneath. Thankfully never had to go for anything major, but even if we did, I know it would be fixed perfectly and quickly. Best SAAB guys around.”
“We were driving from Boston to Cleveland and ran over a piece of metal on I90 and punctured a hole in the sidewall of my front tire. I just happened to find this shop by chance as my tire was going flat. They explained to me the problem and called around to get 2 new tires and get me back on the road to finish this leg of our trip in 90 minutes. They were very knowledgeable about my car, a Mercedes Benz E350 and what needed to be done properly so we could continue on our long road trip. We were passing thru the area and desperate to get the car repaired. His prices were spot on for what we would have paid our mechanic back in Boston.

“I saw an advertisement for Winn’s Auto on Facebook advertising their oil change special. The price was right so I scheduled an apt to have my oil changed. When I got to the shop for my appointment there was a nice waiting area. Pete was very friendly and checked me in. He offered coffee and popcorn (complimentary if you are waiting). I knew from the Facebook post that there would be a slight difference in the advertised oil change price vs what I would pay because my vehicle took more than the included amount of oil. We discussed the oil change price difference (which was minimal) and confirmed that they were going to check my brakes (another concern I had).
I decided to wait while they completed the vehicle inspection that they do on each vehicle. They pointed out 4 other areas of concern (they physically pointed out what they saw on the vehicle) that we decided to tackle while my vehicle was there.
Two of the concerns I was responsible for paying, but the other 2 (radiator and a seal issue) Pete was able to get covered by my extended warranty.
I needed to leave my vehicle overnight so they could get the extra parts so Pete was able to get me a loaner. My car was fixed the next day like they said it would be.
It was overall a great experience! Price, timeframe and work completed were all finish just like they said they would be. Pete, Nate, and Mike were professional and did what they said they would do for the price that they gave me to start with!”
