“I have went to a neer by dodge dealership since 2011 and between myself and family we have bought over $380,000 in vehicles over the years. My wife was looking to trade her car in and after many attempts to have them reach back to us I told her to go to upstate and see what they can do. After a week she received her new jeep and she said to them that I was looking for a new truck. I went to my old dealership to see what they had . The amount of options were slim and the price of the one truck. ( after the years I delt with the owner or manager. “Annual car inspection this morning at Upstate Chevy, and a few maintenance issues to correct. Very efficient process to schedule an inspection appointment. They were able to complete the repairs immediately so we didn't have to come back which I appreciated.Nice clean, comfortable waiting area, with a refreshment area with coffee, fruit and popcorn. Shelby, the "dealership dog" lavished the patrons with plenty of kisses and showed great interest in my breakfast takeout container.We buy our cars here, and trust Upstate Chevy for all our car care.”
“Flashing check engine light came on two nights before we were leaving for vacation. Travis was able to get us in the next morning. Diagnosed the problem, got the part in and repaired the vehicle that day. Gave us some sound advice on maintaining the vehicle moving forward as well.
