Just had a great experience at this store. My phone would not allow me to reset face recognition and therefore nothing on my phone worked. Tony Lurcock was able to problem solve and had my phone working within 10 minutes! It’s so stressful when you cannot figure out how to fix your phone, but thanks to Tony. He made my day!

Our sales associate Codie Baker helped us wonderfully with getting everything we need at our budget she worked very hard and made sure that we could get everything we needed within our budget! If you need to go to Verizon go to this place and make sure to ask for her! She will offer and give you anything you need!!

Horrible place very rude willing to ruin your kids Xmas with out any remorse, or willing to try and fix their mess up didn't care one bit. Good service is the farthest thing from the manager sad to see ppl like that in business that's willing to ruin somebody's kids Xmas as easy as he did.

I have been an Apple user for years and I have had the best help from Jen at the Dansville store. She has spent a lot of time helping me get a new phone and set it up . She has a lot of knowledge and patience . Very friendly and kind . Works very well when she is very busy . Great positive attitude .
