Paid $120 for one night 03/08/2024. They house a lot of DSS. No place close to eat. The room itself was ok. The person above us stomping, pounding, moving things around all night. 7:45 ish in the morning, another guy beating on his door having some kind of mental health issue, shouting at people to get away from his door.People standing outside the main door smoking at all hours of the day and night.Needless to say , we slept maybe 2 hours all night, did NOT feel safe here at all. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs!!Rooms: Carpet was very dirty and stained. You could hear others walking on the second floor. Chairs in room were very very dirty and stained. The person in the room above us stomped, moving furniture around, banging or throwing stuff on and off all nightSafety: Hotel apparently had a lot of DSS people. Never less than 2 people standing directly outside the front door smoking all day and through the night. Another having a mental health issue yelling that people were trying to break into his room both through the door and his windows , trying to barricade the door and then yelling at my husband to get the F away from his room as we were trying to get out of there as quickly and as safely as we could at 8 amFood & drinks: You get nothing complimented not even coffee

WARNING: This place gets 90% of its business from homeless people. If you are NOT homeless, go to ANY other hotel in the Dansville area. The drive WILL BE WORTH YOUR WHILE and the prices will be comparable to this place. If you can at all help it, do not go here. If you absolutely HAVE to stay here, prepare for holes in your sheets, unbearable noise, and heavily-stained surfaces/floors/etc.If you are homeless or under social services, I would strongly recommend you request a change in location to the Housing Coordinator, you do not want to stay here any longer than you have to. The staff had no problem shouting at and demeaning the homeless people there at the time. There are other hotels in the area that accept those under social services and are miles ahead of where these people claim to be. YOU HAVE OPTIONS!Rooms: The rooms themselves are extremely modest, the sheets are worn thin (some with holes), the floors rarely get cleaned properly, and the noise is unbearable depending on how loud the hotel's staff choose to shout. Other than that, it's a tolerable room for a single night or two.Nearby activities: They claim to have a pool and fitness room, however that has been shut down with no plans to re-open soon. Anyone who tells you that "opening is right around the corner" is unfortunately lying to you.Safety: This place primarily houses homeless people, and unfortunately there are a select few that steal things. Make sure that your doors are locked at all times, double-check that your car is locked, and stay in your room. Looking out the windows alone can be cause for concern at times.Walkability: Downtown Dansville is a ~20min walk, ~2min drive. If you're staying here you'll want to spend as much time as possible downtown and not in the hotel.Food & drinks: There is ice provided, all vending machines are inoperable with no plans to repair.Noteworthy details: The staff here clearly despise their jobs. None of them truly care and openly view you as a walking dollar sign. You will not be viewed as a human here.

Management guy named mike was very helpful and friendly. Other guests were kind and friendly. It was bittersweet leaving Logan’s. Only thing I personally believe the price is way too high! And the owner was very rude constantly yelling at me and kids. Price shouldn’t be 120. A night with the pool and fitness center being closed. Logan’s doesn’t offer breakfast and does not have a coffee pot in the room, but there is a mini fridge and microwave. Beware owner likes to make up lies about you once you leave and because of that I will never stay here again. I even kept my room as clean as I could without a vacuum cleaner. No room service or housekeeping offered.

I don't care that I put three stars on how the rooms are or where the location is. Because the service of the place brings the whole thing down to I would literally put no stars if it gave me the option to put no stars but I have to put one. Lady there was so rude and she put out my business like she just didn't care that you know my business is my business she just told everybody and she was really rude to me. And very judgemental and I had my kids are with me and she wouldn't even spend the night there with me she freaked out cuz she didn't want to be there because they weren't nice there. Definitely would not recommend unless they get a new ownerRooms: The rooms were pretty decent they had a nice refrigerator in there. But there was no smoke alarms and there and they recently had a fire that closed them down for a while

This place is horrible Not only was the bath tub full of somebody else's hair sheets were stained we got locked out of the hotel trying to get back in nobody would answer the door bell it was a horrible experience

i had the worst experience at logans inn in dansville today, i was trying to use a card that includes gym memberships that logans inn participated in. the man at the desk snapped at me and told me he would not accept my card even though they are supposed to, he cut me off and was very nasty the whole time i was trying to figure everything out. i asked for the manager and he put me on the phone with his wife... his wife is the manager and im appalled that he could even think to treat/ speak to a customer this way. if you want to be treated with respect then do not go to logans inn because after my experience today they do not care about there customers.
