I should of done my taxes myself on turbo tax. I thought I would just have a professional do it this year so it was done right because we bought a home and won some casino money and I didn't want to mess it up this time. Our refund was off by over 4000 dollars. It didn't get direct deposited like it was supposed to it got sent as a paper check to the office. When it came it was 4200 short. We asked why and the lady that did our taxes said we must of not answered the questions right and that she just puts in the info and she does so many it's not her fault. I will never use or recommend

I have had my taxes done by Liberty for many years. They have always been friendly and courteous and going that extra mile to help. I have had no bad experience with Liberty.

I have gone to liberty tax since I was 16 the staff and owners are extended family. Taxes are not always fun however always a joy to see the family. Personally I recommend everyone
