Would give 0 stars if possible so went to office to file in Dansville I file buisness taxes each year at cost of $600 went to file Feb 5th 2023 and could not complete my return because preparer did not know how to do certain deductions called this morning only to be told I was rowdy and that I was wrong I was upset but in no way rowdy I feel I am just a number and dollar sign to this office I would not recommend using this location based on customer service is failing in a lot of ways this year so now I have to go file at a different location

Taryn fish completely messed up our taxes beginning at the phone call to book us!! Cathy, the supervisor will not return my calls! Will never go there again! My taxes need amending now too! Taryn lied in my face. Unprofessional!
