Went here at night, the lazy man working refused to make food, in every other location near here the 7/11s make food at night, this was at 2:30 on Wednesday the 9th 2023. Please fix it

Went for some cold coffee/mocha, but they were unfortunately out of it. Some types of hot coffee were a bit warm, but others were hot. Good variety of add ons for beverages. Breakfast pizza by slice was available. A free muffin coffee deal currently running; but I never asked & they never reminded/asked me about it. So i lost the free muffin, lol. 1 star would have added for the deal reminder & cold mocha

If I could give zero stars I would!! I went and got gas on 8/1/22 around 2:48pm and went inside and paid 10$, I later went on my bank account app and noticed they took 126$ from me!! I called 7/11 around 4pm and the lady I spoke to was very disrespectful and told me there is nothing she can do!! Not only are these people thief's they are very rude and have no personality or good customer service. I do not recommend this gas station to anyone….

The store is a mess both the assistant and manger are rude and like to talk about personal information about people to customers the store is dirty the floor are usually not mop the coffee is never new and a lot of expired food on the shelves I wound not recommend shopping here until it’s under new management

I went to get gas and purchase items and three people in front of me were all violating the mask mandate. I have a child that is in a moderate risk category and I would like to be able to shop without my child dying of covid. Not only that, one of those morons had me blocked in to that spot.

06/10/2020 about 3pm. Customers and employees are supposed to wear face masks in a proper way. My wife and I stopped on the way back home from Geneseo. Besides 3 customers not wearing masks the repairman was unmasked and the cashier was her mask improperly. SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.

I seriously don’t even think they deserve one star, one of there workers had threatened to beat my boyfriend up, how horrible, what is the world today? Also I’ve called them to ask for the manager I called over 20 times, no answer and they were declining my calls every time all the works here have been rude and very unprofessional.
