They charged me 590$ for a repair that they said they think it was fixed but if I drive it and it wasent then bring it back. It wasent fixed so I brought it back and charged me another 298$. Crazy and will not be going back to them. Several people told me not to go there because of several different reasons. Wish I would of listened.

I took my car there (this wasn't my first time) about a month and half ago to swap out my all season tires for snow tires. After a day or two from the swap, I started hearing some rattling inside the left rear tire, but I ignored it because I'm not car savvy enough to know what just happened. On Feb 11, I took my car to West Herr in Orchard Park to fix the recalls on the vehicle but also to check out the rattling noise, well I was told the last place that changed my tires(Kendal Karn Automotive) broke my TPMS sensor when they did the tire swap probably by accident and the rattling noise in the left tire was due to the sensor floating in there. I called this place on Monday, the 13th and explained to them the situation, they understood and told me to bring it over on Friday, the 17th (today) and they would replace the sensor and cover the cost. Well, one of their employees told me today that they would not cover the cost because "I was the one that replaced your tires and I know that I didn't break the TPMS."I really did not want to leave this bad review considering they have done a great job in the past, but their negligence and not owning up to it is gonna cost me a $200 or so to get the OEM sensor and have it replaced, so the least I can do is to let other people know how unprofessionally this situation was handled.Service: Tires

Kendal Karn's automotive repair shop is a very friendly, knowledgeable and reputable business. I have made appointments here for both my car and my g'son's car for service. Work is done in a timely manner and the fees are very reasonable. Great to have such a caring and ethical business in this community.

Had them rebuilt my 99 jeep TJ's front axle (danna 30) when I was in high school in 2017. Daily drove it for a few years and moved to TX leaving the jeep at my dad's house. I went home in the fall and got it going again and the axle is still sealed up with absolutely no problems. They did a great job and will be taking it back to have them fix it up for a summer driver for when I'm home.
