Ordered a pizza , went in to pick it up and the workers were complaining (in front of customers) about how busy they were and made rude remarks about how many pizza orders were coming in. The pizza itself was overloaded with sauce and my husband found a long hair in one of the slices. First and last time ordering from the Cuba Crosby’s.

This one is probably the worse crosbys. Want proof it's lunchtime rn and thy only pizza they have is cheese and pep and it looks old with really light pep. They really need better management at this store.

This place is a joke. The manager is never in the store. Is always out running errands. The attendants are rude left understaffed with no money in the draws. How is this acceptable that a gas station, with the current price of gas not to be able to change out a $44 in peak hours of business with. Then wants to rudely denote that he is not a bank. Now I personally UNTIL today used Crosby's for my 10k monthly miles I do driving in Western NY. I also want to point out that even though the attendants are rude it is not their fault. It is solely their managers fault. The attendants are always understaffed, the manager is never there. I have had to wait 20 minutes to check out waiting for a manager to be in store. They take money for nys lottery can never cash them out. It is all the manager!Even the gas station down the road gets complaints about store and the manager who runs. Someone needs to fire him I have seen the management operation in many like crosbys... I will tell all not run like Cuba NY.

I went there to use the car wash so I could get the discount on gas. The gentleman inside could not figure out how to apply the discount. Please train your employees so you are not falsely advertising a discount you do not intend to give. Should not be complicated. Spent $10 on car wash and paid full price for my gas. ?

I stopped to get my car washed and ten cents off on gas. The two gentleman that were working did the best they could. For some reason applying the 10 cents to the pump was complicated. If you are going to advertise that you can save 10 cents a gallon on gas, please train your employees accordingly so they can offer the discount advertised. I spent $10 on a car wash and did not receive the gad price offered after several attempts. It should not be that complicated.

Went to order a pizza in the middle of the afternoon and the guy working the register told me that the wait time would be an hour. I questioned “A hour?” Then he said it was a single register store and that he’s gotta tend to other customers as well which he said with attitude but it was understandable for an hour wait. When I told him “nevermind then,thank you though” I didn’t even finish my sentence and I heard him hang up. Very rude and unprofessional.

I frequent several of the Crosby's in the area between Cuba - Belmont-Bolivar. Belmont and Bolivar location always have the most kind and helpful employees. I work for a local home care agency and will stop to get lunch, grab a drink, or use the restroom. The Cuba, NY location lacks the same professional atmosphere. Yesterday and today, I encountered the worst possible customer service that I have ever experienced. Yesterday, the clerk was counting money-completing paperwork at the counter. When I asked if the restroom was open, she snapped at me "yes" as she acted annoyed. Today, the same clerk, was counting money and completing paperwork, never acknowledge I was standing at the counter ... and then eventually began to wait on me. I handed her lottery ticket and she asked how much the tickets were worth because she just finished her drawer and only had $100 in it... I wasn't understanding her so I said "so you can't help me?" Her reply was " I said I only have $100 in my drawer" She was so rude. It's such a shame that this is the person who represents your company.

Amazing sausage and pepper calzone, a bit messy but really good and fresh. Nice place to fill up on cheap gas and grab some live bait too.

Horrible customer service. Tried asking the associate named Angie a question and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. She answered rudely and rolled her eyes. Went to purchase some items and she walked away from the counter. Didn't say thank you at all! If I managed this store she would be written up or let go for horrible customer service. Will never stop here again!

This is actually now a crosby's the service is good but they usually are always out of pizza which really sucks if you are gonna depend on that for lunch
