Very disappointed in Vogue nails. I called after finding a gift card that recently expired. Immediately the owner said she would not honor it. I offered to have my daughter join me and do a manicure and pedicure along with me. She said no and hung up. There is no excuse for that behavior. Isn't it best to work along with a client and work things out. My daughter and her friend who go to Vogue will no longer be clients there. Poor customer skills.

Amazing business. I love this nail salon. Have been coming for many years. Patricia and staff are so nice and great at nails. Highly recommend.

Walk in. Staff stares for 20 seconds like you’re some lost stray dog that doesn’t belong there. Not friendly. The place had one customer already but treated us as if we were inconveniencing them. Spend your $ somewhere else.

I tried this business based on reviews I saw and went in with my fingers crossed! I’ve been using another nail salon for a few months and most of the time left unhappy. The girls at Vogue were so pleasant and professional and genuinely cared if I was happy. Nobe did ANC (powder system) and my nails looked beautiful!! Nobe & Patricia made me feel very welcome and my nails lasted so much longer than any other time I’ve been to other salons. Vogue is definitely my new “go to “ nail salon!

Nails fell off after one hour of them being done. I called the salon for a refund or to re do the nails and they asked for proof. I sent them photos of the nails. I paid $75 for nails and Patricia blocked me and keeps hanging up the phone when i call the salon. *Patricia admitted that she didn't properly clean off the nails before putting them on and once I showed proof she ignores all my calls and blocked me on her cell. I also talked to Mercy who confirmed everything

It was my first time here. Mercy did a great job on my nails and toes. I asked for polka dots and she did not disappoint they came out so cute - see pics. They lose 1 star for not taking temperature at the door and it was so hot in there, especially with a mask on and even with the AC.

I called today (7/2/2020) and inquired about a gift certificate that expired on 6/23/2020 and asked if they would still honor it since everything was closed for 3 months. They told me I was out of luck!!! Will never go back!!!
