Unbelievably bad customer service!! I came into store about ten to six, I printed out own label. Went to desk to print out second label . I was looking for other code on phone . at six on the dot he told me we are closed, you have to leave.

I always go to this UPS Store for my Amazon returns because they are conveniently located and they are very efficient in taking my return and I get the refund from Amazon the same or next day.

I really like going to the UPS Store in Croton-On-Hudson. Service is great there. The people working there are really helpful. It is very organized and efficient. I went there today to have something printed and notarized. It was a pleasant experience, as always. This UPS store is an asset to the area.

I went to the UPS store on Croton on Hudson and your employee, Matt is one of them unfriendliest people I have ever encountered working in customer service. To walk up to a desk and say hi how are you and your employee not even look up or acknowledge that I said it is disgusting and I will never go back to this UPS store again.

NO PARKING-Parking is terrible, 3 - 15min spots + they let everyone pull up in front.
Always new people? I believe new owners often No one smiles or says hello.

I’ve taken my work packages to this location since 2013, lots of turnover in this location, they have no idea who I am, Inconsistent service and friendliness there is 1 man in particular who denies my packages b/c I sharpie out the hazard sign, 99.9% of the time they take my boxes. all the other store clerks do w/o a problem, tonight he denied me, I asked him could he put a white 2 label over it…like the nice man at the Briarcliff store does for me. He said no. the actual UPS man told me outside the store they take them all the time, even the ones not properly covered! I always try to accommodate my customers last minute orders especially during the holidays. Tonight 3 small business in westchester will not get the shipment needed for their own clients tomorrow all bc this 1 difficult employee who would not accept the boxes completely with the triangle completely blacked. Who would not slap a label over it but all the others do w/o hesitation. I will need to evaluate if I continue to go here.
