Had such a great experience with an amazing employee today a big thank you to Candice at UPS in Croton she just went above and beyond for me and it’s so nice to feel that someone can just do a small gesture to help me out she made my day! She has always been so nice and has such a warm smile when she greats you and always says have a great day. I have to take the time to appreciate her because she deserves it and works really hard I am thankful she works there and I hope UPS knows how wonderful she is! Thank you Candice!

Would be nice to be greeted when you walk into an established and not feel like it's your fault for having to return items. I guess there is no reason for people to be cordial and be friendly anymore

Shipped a package of sailboat sails from this location to Delaware last November for repair and cleaning. This UPS. store charged $153 for UPS ground which didn't include the cost of the box or packing, all of which I did myself.. When the sails were shipped back to me, the shipper printed his own UPS label online and it only cost $48 for the exact same items in the exact same box at the exact same weight. So this UPS store has a more than 300% markup.

I called yesterday to ensure this UPS location accepts Amazon returns. I was told they do. I was told nothing about packaging or shipping labels. Even though it's a 30 minute drive from home I chose this UPS drop off location because the Amazon instructions specifically say no label required . When I arrived at the store I was told I needed to buy a box for $12.95. And of course the reason I drove all the way down to Croton to drop it off was because I didn't have a box or a label. The guy behind the counter, and subsequently the woman who was also working behind the counter, were as unfriendly, unhelpful, and unsympathetic as two people can possibly be. He motioned for the person in line behind to step forward so he could help and I reminded him that he was helping me. Later I was called selfish for doing so. Then I was asked to leave the store or they would call the police.In response to the owner who wasn’t there during any of this exchange: at no time during this interaction did I raise my voice, or did I use any kind of combative language. Your associates were rude and unhelpful. The guy behind me began to interfere, and I turned and simply said to him "mind your own business" I was standing at the counter trying to straighten out an obvious misunderstanding, and I was treated like the enemy. And if you think threatening to call the police on one of your regular customers is a good idea you are wrong.

Our business uses this UPS Store to pack and ship items that we send to our customers. All of the items are valuable and some are very fragile. We have never had any damages nor lost items. Anthony and his staff have always packed and shipped in the most professional way possible. We really appreciate our working relationship with this place of business.

These guys are real stickers for the rules. You better make sure you have read all the fine print and filled out your shipping forms correctly. There is no room for error in this store. And if you make an error they won’t help you fix it, they won’t show you any understanding, they won’t give you any sympathy. They’ll simply move onto the next customer.

I have been using this UPS store for countless years to do my copying and occasional shipping. They are always courteous, friendly and respectful to me. The work is always professionally done and on time. I always feel confident emailing them attachments to print out and they often go beyond my request the extra distance of stapling and collating. I am grateful they're in the hood!
