I really enjoyed the experience and the knowledge of Tom when consigning my vintage toys with Serious Toyz. There are so many factors affecting the value and desirability of a toy and for each type of collectible, an entirely different set that makes it impossible for the average collector to fully understand. This is where the knowledge and experience of Tom at Serious Toyz makes a really big difference in setting expectations and getting the most for your valued antique and collectibles. I've been buying and selling since 1975 and Tom is tops a reliable and knowledgeable advice and expertise in mostly all categories of vintage and antique toys. Thanks Tom!!!

Definitely would not recommend, dishonest, aggressive, and threatening. Owner needs to learn customer service and basic manners. I'd go to a different toy dealer

Terrible experience. I felt the owner harassed and threatened me. He backed out of a deal after I paid for the items. Threatened to sue me.. Threatened to come to my home and "handle things".. I can't tell if that's a threat or not, but I had a terrible experience and I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY" AGAIN.

I had nothing but a positive experience with this business. Won my first auctions awhile back, process of payment was easy. Place was in a middle of a renovation, so it was kind of a mess. Looking forward to more auctions in the future. Note this isnt a "store" persé, its a showroom that toy auctions are run out of.
