“I honestly don’t know where to start. Nick was the gentleman who helped me obtain my unit. I was a walk in and just so happened to be the weekend after those outages took business servers and banking servers down. So he didn’t have internet service to quote prices or anything . I explained my situation and how I really needed a unit that day. He never batted an eye he went straight to work. He called another location and got me squared away. For me that was the true meaning of excellent customer service . I would recommend that location in a heartbeat. The facility is amazing very clean and well run.”

“I love this facility. Hands down,the best for any of your storage needs. Weather your in-between moves,or you just need to store extra house hold items,this is your place. Sally (the awesome store manager),is the best. I've been in this location for 8 years now. Over those years,my storage needs have changed,and Sally has always helped me choose what best suits my needs at that moment. She also has a rock solid team ,that works with her. Location is also key,this place is easy on,easy off the highway, and down the block from lowes,and B.J.s. Hours are very convenient, and most importantly, I feel safe with my items stored here.”

“I've been with Safe Haven Elmsford for at least 25 yrs! The monthly rent has stayed at a price that is affordable! Unlike other storage companies that I'm familiar with, I believe Safe Haven has only raised my rent about 2 or 3 times! Others have rent increase yearly!! So far the environment is well kept and I've had no problems with my storage space. I would recommend Safe Haven for your storage needs.”

“Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Henry was so friendly and knowledgeable that with his help it did not take long to figure out what I needed. The building looks brand new and bright inside. There is a restroom! Very convenient plus. It was easy to say yes to a unit that is just right for me at this time and it was is so clean! Henry went above and beyond by sweeping out the unit and offering to mop it to get rid of any residual dust. Not that it looked like it needed anything! The prices are very reasonable.
