I just visited the Row 13 Wine Store in Croton-on-Hudson, NY, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I purchased a Cosimigo Tequila bottle, which was priced at $62 when I made a purchase a few weeks earlier, but for some strange reason today was charged $72 at the counter.
Despite my request for a receipt, the cashier refused to provide one, making it difficult to address the overcharge promptly. As a customer, I found this lack of transparency and accountability concerning.
It is disheartening to believe that my race may have played a part in this terrible experience.
I believe in fair and honest transactions, and this experience fell short of those expectations. I hope that the store management takes steps to improve customer service and ensures that such incidents are addressed promptly.

Everyone who works here is super friendly and knowledgeable! Their 6 packs of wine to go is always spot on! And if you don’t know exactly what you want, everyone here is really great with recommendations. :)

In my opinion this is one of the best liquor stores in the area. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, capable of making sound recommendations if you're not sure what your looking for. The layout of the store is also open and welcoming, unlike most small strip mall liquor stores that are a bit cramped. This place is my new local go-to for wine and spirits.

Excellent store. Just moved in to the area and it's quickly become our go to. Interiors is nice and well laid out, much nicer than the exterior would indicate. Staff is always super helpful, and they have an excellent selection. Prices are in line with other places.

This is one of my favorite local places in Cortlandt. Great wine selection & other spirits at reasonable prices and friendly staff. We usually go for the monthly wine selection that the owner puts together which is pretty good.
