“Go here! The owner, Z, is very knowledgable and friendly. It is clear from the way he wanted to understand my needs and desires for my aquarium before giving advice that he cares about the quality of life of both pet and pet owner. I own a small tank, so cleaning it is relatively easy; but if and when I get a larger tank, I would definitely seek out the aquarium service because of the care and knowledge Z brings to his clients and business.”
“Great local pet store! Their prices are always fair and the service always great. The prices on dog toys actually often are cheaper than the bigger pet stores. I do wish that after what feels like decades, that they would fix the automatic opening doors of their store and allow for more seamless entrance and exit from the premises. Aside from that, a happy long time customer.”

“Food and items for various pets. I missed one of my trips because there was no food for my four dogs. They have a dog trainer. And a shelter for cats. The prices are normal. There is good parking. Some employees speak Spanish. Everything in one place and with nighttime hours.”

“Petsmart in Nanuet ny, is the worse store to shop at. The assistant manager is not a nice man, the shelves are always bare.
Recently spoke to the store Mgr and she was also rude. I work in retail and you should not be rude to people.
I will be shopping at the Monroe ny petsmart where they know how to treat people.”

“I was searching for a specific dog food and found it at the Yorktown store. Traveled from Connecticut to pick it up. The young men there were very pleasant and helpful. I would travel there again just to go to that store.”
