The owner is very fortunate to have Tatyana as a manager. She has amazing knowledge, patience and grace. “I was trying to switch from FirstNet to ATT. The process took / hours and it still was not solved. In fact I am having issues receiving text and phone calls. And I am unable to access my account. Never ever join FirstNetUpdate to my review. The manager ( I think he was the manager) was able to solve the problem quickly. He was very helpful. The actual ATT customer service line on the phone are horrible. Thank you for solving my issue”
