Great service and took their time to produce quality nails. They used a technique I wasn’t familiar with (I’ve been doing my nails for about 24 years) when applying my acrylic nails, but they look great! The ambiance of the location is a bit dated, but I will definitely be going back for the quality of my nails.

I was able to make an appointment same day on a Sunday. I just got a simple gel manicure and Richard was friendly and did a fast and neat job. I plan on going back. ?

If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. My friend and I had an 11:30 appointment for pedicures, our first timeat this salon. There were 3 people working but yet they overbooked and scheduled over 4 appointments at 11:30 as more people with appointments came in behind us. My friend had an amazing experience with Helen, my experience was horrible. My pedicure started 5 minutes after my friend’s and I had 2 separate people do my pedicure. Both people continuously got up and left me sit there while they worked on other people. We both got the lemon spa pedicure except I did not get even half of what was supposed to be included with this package that I was going to be paying $50 for. Between them getting up to work on other people, the time they actually spent on my pedicure took a total of 20 minutes only because of the 10 minute massage. While my friends took almost the full hour. We complained to the gentlemen who we had to pay to, I’m not sure if he was the owner, and he argued with us that I did not need certain things as my feet were “smooth”. After arguing and stating that my pedicure was horrible he gave me $10 off so I still paid $40 for a pedicure that shouldn’t have even cost $20. I will NEVER go back to this salon and would never recommend anyone to go there as it was a complete rip off.Service: Pedicure

Absolutely love this place.everyone is so kind, friendly and professional. I come here for my powder gel nails and pedicures. I've also brought my daughters for mani , pedis and eyebrow waxing.Services: Kids' manicures

I was desperate for a mani & pedi and found Best Nails Plaza on my search while traveling to the area. I am a full-time RVer and I never know what I’m going to get when making an appointment at different nail salons. This salon did not disappoint! I had great service and everyone was very friendly and professional. This was one of the best salons I have experienced during my travels. I had a nice chair massage while my manicure was being done which was a nice surprise too. Highly recommend!Services: Manicure

Excellent quality experience. My mother in law and I visited and got the mani pedi service together. We were a walk-in on a Friday morning and were able to get served right away. She got a French manicure and it turned out great. The nail polish has held up incredibly well. In over 76 hours since having the nails painted I’ve seen no chips on either of our hands - it looks like my nails were done today. I will definitely be back!

It's clean and rates are reasonable compared to other places. I like that they don't start rushing your service when another customer comes in.
