My job had my car towed from their parking lot due to some kind of construction. This was several months ago. I was not there when it happened and I wasn’t coming back for the next 10 days. This company was called to tow and store my car until i get back. Luposello’s had every right to charge me the full storage fees however after listening to my unfortunate circumstances, they were very sympathetic and worked with me. Obviously they are a very honest and hardworking shop. The owner showed empathy and tried to do right by me. This was all taken care of on the phone and I was able to enjoy my overseas vacation without worrying about what may happen when i got back. I am so grateful for their professionalism and customer service and care. I read some reviews and it’s so hard to believe those reviews, after what I have experienced with Luposellos. Thank you again.

This garage is the absolute best! Myself & family have been going here for years. Staci & Marissa in the office are always so pleasant & helpful. They are quick to answer any questions we have regarding our cars. We brought our jeep in last minute for an oil change before traveling to the Outter Banks, Ronnie took us in right away and had us out even quicker. He even helped my grandfather sell one of his cars! It’s a great family run shop that has been around for generations. I highly reccomend for anyone who is looking to come here!

STACY THE OWNER IS THE DEVIL.. NEVER GO HERE!!!!! Save yourself time and energy. If they were the only garage in 1000 miles I’d spend my last cent to get it towed to a different garage. Stacy is beyond rude, does not care about do a job correctly and is a thief! She won’t batt an eye to get one over on you. As for the other lady in the office, unreal! Her tonality is fake and annoying when dealing with her. Trust me, go else where. If I could give a 0 I would. No reply could save or change my mind for this one Stacy . Called for toe and repair. “We can’t look at your car until AUGUST”… Today is July 20th. Can’t look at a broken down car for 11 days? Okay you want more? Brought my Audi to them for full tune up, they never replaced turn signal or brake lights as told, yet it passed inspection. The next day the battery was dead because you didn’t replace a faulty light as told. Two days later air hoses fell off, I brought it back and you said I must have hit a bump, five years driving it and it happens right after you inspect the hoses? Sure you fixed it for free, but a week later another hose fell off, and a week later another. You guys never tightened any of the hoses properly. The car has been running like garbage since I paid you 700 to tune it up. Happy now with why I leave one star?

Took my 2005 Ford F-350 for a oil change and from the start very great people when walking inside and very trustworthy, had to leave my car overnight which I don’t like doing but they make me feel comfortable knowing the guard dog is there at night and security cameras, thank you guys again will be back soon.Service: Oil change

Have been refilling my propane tanks here for years. Luposellos is one of few places around that actually refills your tank instead of giving you a swap tank that could potentially leak as I experienced getting them from other places.
