Was using Irma's while living in Croton. Moved & tried a few salons in Yorktown but wasn't happy. I had to go back & am going to stay with them. Love the kindness of the staff & and the outcome of my hair color & style. Q0 stars from me.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. My beautiful long blonde hair was completely destroyed after years of growing it out. I asked to go more blonde and for a trim and the lady doing my hair clearly had no idea what she was doing. She cut off at least 4 inches which I was upset about but also realize it’s just hair and will grow back.
At first I was confused as to why she cut so much off I thought it was just a language barrier type miscommunication turns out she over processed my hair and she had to cut off 4 inches because it was melting. Then she left early before my hair was blown out probably to avoid me realizing what was really going on.
Fast forward my hair began to fall out and break off horribly so much so that I had to have another 4 inches cut off at reputable salon in the city. I’ve been distraught and depressed ever since visiting this salon. Do not recommend.
