If I had the option to choose zero stars, I would have! This pharmacy should be shut down at this point! They have zero respect for their customers and zero respect for the providers that they work with. I had to do their job for them to still get the run around and in the end be told that they did not have my prescription in stock. Then I was HUNG UP ON by the office manager and when I tried to call back they would answer to immediately hang up on me. I can not explain how FURIOUS and disgusted I am with them. Please save yourselves the headache and choose another pharmacy! Trust me!!

I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy because I was told they had it in stock .I check three days later they charged my insurance April 1sr and then I called they said just checking to see if coved .still no drug they don’t have it April 11 In the mean time my pharmacy got it in but this pharmacy showed I filled it so they did not call me .so now 11 days with no prescription today stop by my pharmacy to pick up another med and they tell me they have the drug but can’t fill it because save more pharmacy has changed my insurance telling them I received it ! . I did not also No call back . As a rental manager I know what they are doing . They might what to get back to an honest business !

Bad customer experience. 5 message left with no call back. Told our Dr. they should not be recommending this business to anyone.

This pharmacy is a joke! They only care about volume of prescriptions, NOT the customers whatsoever. Prescriptions consistently not available on time, had to drive a 2 hour round-trip multiple times due to their incompetence and lack of any repoire or commitment to people aka customers. Let them know what time will be there and said it would be ready. Still had to wait an hour once too! Ask to speak to the owner or a Manger and wouldn't let me. Greed creates businesses like this unfortunately.

When calling phone rings constantly no one answers! Leave messages-calls rarely returned!Our facility gives Sav Mor a lot of business!Have problems with charges on my credit card and I am not given a receipt telling me what the charge is for!

Becareful receiving Covid-19 drug shot! Make sure you get the same brand you've been administered in the past, they may try and slip you something other than what you been getting if you're not careful under the guise they've ran out! Ask, ask, becareful! That's not professional or courteous behavior!

Pharmacy Staff & Pharmacist treated me very rudely, unprofessional and was not helpful at all when it came time for me to get my medication. Every time I would call or asked questions about my medication I was rudely rush off the phone and was given limited info. I will never recommend them to anyone and neither will my doctors offices. Learn how to treat ALL people with respect!!!

The customer service at Save Mor pharmacy is top notch. I had the pleasure of speaking to Liam recently and he was extremely helpful, patient and kind. After my experience with Liam, I can honestly say I will only use Save Mor pharmacy from now on!

I love this store, the employees are so helpful and will always go the extra mile for you. The pharmacy always has my medications and never runs out of high demand medications. If they promise you your medication you will get it the next day as promised. The far best in town compare to other pharmacies, you won’t regret your business they’re.

Save More Drugs? More like Save More Lives! Even though I don't fill my medication at Save Mor, there have been a few times now that my normal pharmacy has screwed me over somehow, and when I went here and told them what was happening, they were able to help me, to the point that they saved me from an ER trip today. I love them forever and will be switching over my medicine here because they really truly care about making sure you're going to be ok.
