“The station itself is a welcome respite from the BP station just down the street. They are decent and fair people. Plus, when I went into the BP, the guy behind the counter had NO MASK ON! The repair and service business in the same CITGO station building is actually a separate business. Julio is one of the mechanics. My car needed a new rear view mirror. Julio did it for me for $100; another local place and the dealership in Bedford quoted me more. He also wore a mask and gloves, and even sprayed disinfectant in the car when he was done. He even disinfected my card and the pen that I used to sign the receipt. He was extremely caring, and careful. I think that they do NYS inspections as well. I will use him in the future, and I thank him for protecting me and caring about my health.”

“This DD is located within Luposello's 24/7 Convenience Store - ideal when you're loading up on snacks for a road trip or visiting the VA Nursing Home up the street. The staff here is pleasant and friendly and they move pretty quick, so you're not waiting too long. I always ask for my receipt so i can log onto Dunkin Donuts online to fill out the quick survey. Five minutes later, i get a code for a free donut with my next coffee order - TADA! I asked the staff if anyone else brings in the free donut code... I seem to be the only person doing this.”

“These men and women are great. Such great service, ever time I’ve delt with them (which is more and more these days) they are honest, upfront and stand behind their good work. They don’t try to up sell me, instead the educate me on why I DIDN’T need the part now so I know what to look out for when I eventually did. They are great to deal with and super patient with me. I could tell something changed with the new owner because all kinds of fancy new a beautiful old cars (plus regular ones like mine) started showing up on the lifts. The mechanics can do anything. A real old school high quality place. I drive from several towns away to get my car worked on and for fuel. Amanda and Anthony have been great to deal with.”
