I am a bit puzzled by the negative reviews. Perhaps this location has stepped up their game since these customers had these bad experiences. I moved to Croton in April 2024 and since then neither the store nor the pharmacy has let me down. I’ll keep coming back!

I had a great experience at this CVS in Croton on Maple Avenue. The staff are very kind, helpful and pleasant and I’d like to add very professional. sometimes the customers in this area are very snobbish and demanding and I’ve seen them respond politely and doing the best to maintain professionalism and courteous.

Go to another pharmacy if you can! The pharmacists give wrong information on medications - she told me that these 2 medications are similar while I knew they were quite different. In addition, they are unwilling to answer simple questions such as availability of medicine. When my medicine was not in stock, the pharmacist told me that they would order it. But 3 days later when I went back, there was no record of the order. I then waited another 3 days but was then told that the medicine was on 'backorder' and they could not give me a date for when the medicine will be available. When I asked the pharmacist to check if they have this other brand in stock. She immediately said that CVS did not sell that brand at all. I later checked with CVS in Peekskill and the Peekskill store had it, which means the croton store pharmacist lied or did not know the brand and did not bother to check it in the system.

Byeeeeeeeeeeee Ya'll are the absolute worst store there is. No idea how you are still open for business. The incompetence is beyond anything I've ever seen in a store that actually dispenses drugs for people. Not that you need me to tell you. Every employee is Cleary miserable here and wants to leave.

The pharmacy employees are not only incompetent but rude and unhelpful. They entered in my insurance information incorrectly and then made me call to straighten it out. In addition, the girl in the register was talking bad about me in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand which is highly unprofessional. Do better.

The older reviews were harsh but many were accurate. I have been there a few times recently and happy to report it had improved tremendously. Quite a few more friendly and competent employees were available to help in the aisles and registers. Thank you Laura, you saved me a lot of time and money The store is much cleaner and the pharmacy is running much smoother. I didn't wait on line more than 2 minutes and more people were on staff at the pharmacy dept to help. This CVS seems to be working really hard to turn things around and from what I have experienced this month it is doing a good job of it. I hope it continues.
