Dr. Eldridge really cares about the animals. I've been to many vets and they all price gouge to the point where owners are forced to make decisions based on finances. To me those vets should not be in business. Yes, all great vets should make a great living, the money and time spent to become a veterinarian warrant that, but neither side should take advantage of the other. Be honest, pay great vets (like Dr. Eldridge) what they deserve, w/o manipulation, and any vets that read this should follow Dr. Eldridge's lead. Thank you Dr. Eldridge for having a heart and doing all that you do!

They never answer the phone when you’re trying to get an appointment and then get mad when you call the number for clients who are outside vs the main number. If they would answer the phone calling the main number wouldn’t be an issue

I have been taking my pets here since I was a kid, and they've always been immensely kind, caring, and gracious in listening as well as explaining any questions or illnesses my pets have had. I went in today for a follow-up with one of my kitties who had to be rushed to the emergency vet over the weekend. (He's okay, no worries!) I felt terrible because the clinic is always so busy, but Dr. Janice not only listened to my kitty's unfun weekend story, looked at his records from the emergency vet, but also asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. I was worried something would be wrong still, but Dr. Janice checked him over thoroughly and happily reported he's much improved and will be fine—even writing down specific instructions for me in his medicine adjustments and other necessary supplements. This is the only place I'll ever take my cats, and this is absolutely why. So, so grateful, thank you.

It has been our great fortune to have had Dr. Eldridge help care for our dog over the past 14 1/2 years. Her sage advice and care helped us to address questions that arose over time and sometimes with little notice. Her dedicated team all made our dog Carly feel welcome and special.When the time came to deal with the pain and infirmities of old age, she was patient, caring and empathetic. A wonderful professional and I know that she has shown her array of skills with others. This place is a great resource.
