Dismissive rude uncaring front desk people, and mechanics that had to work on the car three times over to fix a basic issue over FIVE WEEKS! Their failure to do their job required that I rent a car in order to get to my job. The service manager is a nepo baby; his daddy apparently owns the dealership. Clearly, he is over his head in the job. He’s gone two hours before they supposedly close on Fridays and voicemail messages are never returned. If I ran my business like this, I would be living on the street. It will be interesting to see what happens when the new Jeep dealership opens down county and people have more choices as to to whom they trust their vehicles for service and repairs. If you fail to execute your job effectively show some contrition and maybe even apologize. Don’t expect that from C(R)AP. Crap indeed. ?

I have to say the team at Croton Auto Park was great when we recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler for my mother.
Croton Auto Park had the truck we were looking for but was a little out of the way.
We decided to check it out and we were impressed with the vehicle and the team.
My sales guy Micheal who also happens to look like professional comedian Bill Burr… was wonderful.
We worked with Chris to get mom the numbers she wanted to pay and we closed the deal.
The whole team congratulated her and mom even got her first rubber duck for her jeep.
It was a great experience, what car buying should be.

I posted a bit ago about our buying experience. Drove 3 hours to purchase our 2021 durango and it was an awesome purchasing experience. We got it home and washed it and noticed the back tail light had moisture in it (common problem in durango tail lights, I am told.) As it was under warranty, we worked to get it replaced. Since we lived 3 hours away one way and have two toddlers, it was difficult to get back to Croton-On-Hudson with our car. We worked it out that we could get it replaced and all squared away with swapping our old light for our new one. Thank you for your help and assistance!

Came here with the intention of buying a car. The salesman offered no deal whatsoever. I mean NOTHING- just the asking price, which was way too high. We then went to Yonkers. Bought a newer car of the same make and model for much cheaper. Skip the Croton trip. They’re greedy and feel very entitled.

If you didn’t buy it here, they won’t help. So much for a national service contract. Had risk driving it home in limp mode then argue with roadside assistance who only was willing to bring it to croton. Ultimately had pay to tow it across county to another dealer. Makes a warranty useless is dealers won’t honor it.

Don't come here for service! I had to wait two hours for an oil change because the service provider Liseth made a mistake checking my car in. They weren't going to say anything either until I kept asking what was taking so long

A recurring problem with the service department is poor communication. Their text message system is non-functioning. Calls go to voicemail and/or are not returned. Today I had no notification that the car was ready for pickup. I came in 30 min before closing only to find that the paperwork was misplaced. To add insult to injury, a SiriusXM free trial was activated, which I neither asked for nor wanted. It will now cost me hours on the phone to try to cancel the service. They told me that the trial was automatically activated during a software update, but no software updates were performed according to the invoice.

My 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland has had more tows to the dealership, then any of my cars combined! This is trip 6 today! The Jeep will not start. The service department continues to not be able to solve the problem. It's frustrating how unreliable this vehicle has been in less than 12 months.
