After being a customer of this dealership for 12 years, I leased a jeep from another dealer due to inventory. The jeep died after 4 weeks and I brought it to croton bc it was the closest. I was told that they will not help me bc I bought it elsewhere. And I had to leave with my unsafe vehicle and call roadside assistance, who made me pay to tow it to another dealer because they only cover taking it to the nearest dealer.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Croton Jeep refused to help me with a brand new Jeep purchased about a month ago because it was purchased at a different Jeep dealership. The car was not safe to drive, and I was forced to call for roadside assistance. Their response was that they'd tow to the nearest dealer (Croton), but I had to pay for the tow. Since Croton won't service the vehicle, that means it has to be towed 20 miles to another Jeep dealer? This is absurd.

A recurring problem with the service department is poor communication. Their text message system is non-functioning. Calls go to voicemail and/or are not returned. Today I had no notification that the car was ready for pickup. I came in 30 min before closing only to find that the paperwork was misplaced. To add insult to injury, a SiriusXM free trial was activated, which I neither asked for nor wanted. It will now cost me hours on the phone to try to cancel the service. They told me that the trial was automatically activated during a software update, but no software updates were performed according to the invoice.

This place has gone down hill so badly it's comical. They are rude, they could care less about the costumer no more early pull up oil changes everything is by appointment and that's also a joke! They have a text app no one uses that works at this place. I'm so tired of hearing them apologize, this place isn't good anymore l, I wouldn't buy a windshield wiper here! After my last oil change I will never buy a mopar again from this place they should be ashamed of how they have ran this business full speed Into the ground! Shame on you!

After leasing 6 cars from Croton Auto Park, having now one Jeep Wrangler 4e 2022 and a 2019 Cherokee Trail Hawk 2019. It was time to trade in the Cherokee. I was given four different prices on the new car every time they came with a higher months payment plus another $2,000.00 dollars on top of the trade in. I was so disgusted with the back and forth with the nonsense from the sales manager I ended up just buying the car from Chrysler leasing. For four days they just kept telling me a mistake was done on the price and wanted higher monthly payment. The service department and parts department is just as bad. Needed a new key fob for the Wrangler they said it was $500.00 dollars and take 6 months. I went to Bedford Jeep the key cost $230.00 and took three week. Guess what dealer I'am going to next time I lease the other Jeep. I even wrote a letter to the owner of Croton Auto Park and he never responded, so this tells you how much they really care about customers.

I bought a used car with high miles at Croton Auto Park. People were nice. The car had only one owner and was purchased & serviced by a Chevrolet dealer in Highland Falls. The car was pretty clean. Car Fax looked great! My mechanic looked it over and saw nothing alarming. Three months after the purchase, the car was making a funny noise. The car was out of oil. We saw no leaks. The car was burning oil. Someone had to know this. A car just doesn't start to burn oil. It takes years! But Just like a "Used Car salesman" screw the next guy. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The days of shady car sales are back. Even in the height of car sales this place takes advantage of the customers. Bought a car traded in a car even tried to sell a car back and each time my experience was terrible. I wont go back and ill use any other way to sell or buy a vehicle. One excuse i was told was that "the finance manager didn't know used car prices" Well maybe that manager along with the sales team should be trained.
