My business partner and I went to Chase to set up a business account, and were so pleased by Chase and their employees! Not only did Nick get us started with everything we needed, he and his manager went out of their way to help us even days after. So friendly and helpful!

I have loved chase until I needed help with fraudulent activity and freezing / unfreezing accounts and realized their customer service is horrible. What I was told in branch was not what corresponded to what I was being told from phone agents and I washed SO much time visiting and calling back all because of seemingly unexperienced agents. I have never had such poor communication from a bank or experienced such agents who refuse to even apologize for giving false information.

Branch customer for ~6yrs. Always pleased w/ service at this location. Rich Nappy is a standout employee who always goes above/beyond for his clients and really strengthens the Chase brand. Can't thank him enough.

Went here to open an account with my husband. Told I had to make an appointment because it would take over a half hour, so did that. Upon arrival Richard Nappy Jr, a rep, was rushing us out 10 mins into the appointment. Said he had another appointment in fifteen minutes repetitively. Was no help at all, didn’t address any of our questions or concerns. And now because we wasted about 30 minutes with him and accomplished nothing because of his incompetence, unwillingness to help, and all together rude mannerisms, we have to make another appointment with another rep at a different chase. Will not go back to this one.

The only reason I am giving this branch one star is that Im afraid if I give it zero stars it wont register. I was given the run around on fees on my account for 2 weeks by the branch manager (Marissa Martone). I called several times, was told she was unavailable and to leave my number for her to call back, and never received calls back from her. This is quite possibly the worst branch, worst branch manager and worst banking experience I've ever known and I've been with this branch for 25 years (when it was Bank of NY). I've never had a bad experience with the branch until this manager took over.

The customer service was horrible the teller act like i was try to make a withdraw from her personal account!!! she called the branch manger over and he detected her racist behavior asked her what was the problem and assisted me with my transaction. this was the worst banking experience ever on the way out the door she had the nerve to yell out loud IAM BACK. i will be closing my account sooner than later thank you for the horrible experience chase.

Most people that work there are very very nice and helpful. I do have a Chase account so I cannot comment on the bad experience another reviewer had. I would just say that I am surprised.

One Saturday morning about 2 weeks ago I took $500 out of that bank's ATM (chargerd $3). The money was a graduation gift for my daughter. I intended to put it in a card I bought. Unfortunately, the ATM only gave me 25, $20 bills. I went into the bank and asked one of the two tellers on duty if she would exchange the bills for 5, $100 bills. She said if I did not have an account with Chase she could not. I was flabergasted and incredulous. I just got the money from Chase, just paid $3 to get it, and this Teller couldn't change the money? REALLY! Is this what happens when banks get too big? This is the epitiome of very poor customer relations and service. I will never use Chase again!

This is the Kiosk booth in the lot This place is disgusting Filthy gross. Only thing missing is urine and poop. I never in my life entered a ATM booth like this. The ones with homeless people are cleaner even though they have the urine. Chase won't read this so it won't matter. Bring a handy wipe , the germ killing kind. This place has not been cleaned in a very long time.

I've been banking with chase and go to most different branches all over but this one location by my job really sucks Don't know if it's because I'm an African American but the stupid lady told me that she couldn't cash my check that it must be deposited smh Never heard such thing
