Annemarie Credentino is a very professional and incredibly patient realtor. In the period of two and a half months she rented our (hard to rent) beautiful lake home. In that same time she found and helped us through the whole purchase process on our cozy seasonal lake cottage (different lake) to suit our snowbird life style. We meet her husband Allan, who had tremendous input in helping us with BOTH transitions. It was like having a personal team of realtors. We are so happy with our results. Working with Diane Herlihy was really wonderful. She was very flexible for appointments and helped my husband and I navigate the not-so-straightforward experience as first time homebuyers from the city! Most importantly she helped keep us up to date on market conditions and comps in the area which was immensely helpful. If buying or selling is your plan, then call Suzanne! Suzanne van der Wilden is not just an amazing realtor but an amazing person. Save yourself time reading the rest of this review, just hire her! We were first time homebuyers when we contacted Suzanne, already facing uncertainties about exactly what we wanted and how the process would work, further compounded by the craziness of Covid-19. By the time our search was over, despite some unexpected obstacles, Suzanne had found us our dream home. There are many things that must be balanced just right by a real estate agent: independent opinion and respect for your priorities, practicality and whimsicality, efficiency and patience, attention to detail and seeing the big picture. Suzanne finds the perfect balance in all of these. Beyond these attributes, she brings a keen knowledge of the local markets across a broad area and an incredibly detail-oriented understanding of everything it takes to buy and sell a home. She also provided us advice and access to a considerable network of experts. Suzanne is incredibly hardworking, setting up showings and making an out-of-state search feasible and efficient. Her meticulous care helped us avoid the wrong home, whether it be through calls to town offices that let us know of impending tax hikes, or keen eyes during showings pointing out potential problems. Suzanne van der Wilden was great to work with. We had taken a look around the area before finding an agent. My uncle, who is a real estate agent in Chicago, called a few offices in the area for us, to interview brokers. He said Suzanne would take good care of us, and he was right.She took a lot of time with us to understand exactly what it was we were looking for in a house. She was able to help us translate our feelings about specific houses and elements of the houses into what our priorities for a property were. Her suggested listings were always relevant, and helped to focus us on what we wanted.Once we found the house of our dreams, Suzanne really started to earn her commision! She did a lot of investigation into the property and the town records, and found some things that we were able to get corrected before closing (open permits, ect). Without her diligent work we could have had some real problems on our hands.In addition to all the work finding and helping us close on the house, we also closed right as the stay at home orders for COVID-19 were starting to take effect. Suzanne was incredibly helpful, picking up the keys for us (we had to do a closing in escrow as no one could get together in the lawyers offices), and delivering them to us when we moved in.Suzanne cares deeply about her clients and their happiness and is willing to go to great lengths to make sure they are satisfied. I hope we live in this house forever, but if we ever do want to sell it, I would not list it with anyone but her.

We have had a great experience with Maria Campanelli and her husband. They are both very professional, thorough, and courteous. They have met all of our needs during this life altering and very stressful time. We could not have chosen a more qualified Real Estate agent. Her association with Berkshire Hathaway was a definite asset. Also, they were able to find a property for our son which was a pivotal move for our sale.
