The car wash is great and they do such a good job. They always leave my car looking new and they are quick. Just note that they ask you for tip starting at 15%. I never been to a car wash that asks for that, they normally just have a tip jar.

I highly recommend Allure Auto Spa! They did an exceptional job on my Porsche, especially with their pet hair removal package—I have two huskies, and the interior looks spotless. Their attention to detail in both interior and exterior cleaning, as well as their ceramic coating service, is top-notch. Plus, it's great to support a family-owned small business that truly cares about its customers. I'll definitely be back!

Great job on the exterior of the car, however for $70 (tip included) and a full hour, my interior looks almost untouched. The dash is dusty and my middle console area definitely was not wiped at all, the back still has crumbs on the seats and floor.

Joyce and her team were great. Took my car in for the allure signature and ceramic. The car came out cleaner than it did from the dealership! Even when I got a couple of dirt spots on the front bumper when I got home, Joyce was willing to work with me and offered me to bring it back in but I was able to get it out with a cloth. That's a sign of great customer service!
The only suggestion I would say is to have better descriptions of services on the website because it gets a little confusing between ceramic by quote, signature and ceramic, etc. Also, once proceeding with the service booking online, the descriptions go away at the drop down menu so sometimes I forget what's included in the service. Anyway, minor things. I'm definitely taking my cars back here for a future services. Thank you guys!

Perfectly detailed a vehicle that had been used for years to transport elderly & ailing dogs. The Diamond Detail was worth every penny! Will definitely use again.

My car looked like I drove it off the showroom after they detailed my truck. I actually think it looks even better than new. Amazing work and attention to detail. The guys are skillful.

The car wash was great, but a piece was missing off my a/c direction vents when I got the car back. The guys tried to look for it as a courtesy but it’s really hard to understand the pressure they exerted on this piece to make it fall off. The car is a 2021 BMW 530 so design and engineering is somewhat above average allowing me to conclude the piece coming off is not a reflection on the manufacturer’s craftsmanship.

Had diamond detail on two cars yesterday. Joyce, the owner, was very accommodating about getting both done as simultaneously as possible. She’s efficient and very personable. I took my in-laws car here a couple days ago for a touch up and not only was the car sparkling clean, the service was fast and friendly. So I took my wife's car today and I knew I was giving them an uphill battle with this one especially with all the dog hair. They were upfront and said they couldn't guarantee all the dog hair to be taken out but I'm only seeing a few hairs here or there so A+ work in my opinion!

Diamond detail didn’t disappoint! After a 6k mile trip with toddlers and babies the inside and outside was a disaster. But in a matter of a couple hours the car looked brand new again. I think my car definitely enjoyed its stay at the spa.

Hand wash; attention to detail. I did not need to have them re-wipe or dry. Worth the wait and cost.
