The prices that they charge you oftentimes do not match the signage on the shelf. Granted, they always honor the price if you call them out on it, but I really shouldn't have to do that, I should instead be able to shop with the confidence that nobody is trying to pull a fast one on me. What adds insult to injury is that they are the most expensive grocery store in the area, yet they are the only one which is on my way home from work, so I always do my best to stick to the sale items because that's what I can afford. when the price is come up incorrectly, it really leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.

I'm down the road from Greenway and stop in weekly for some of my groceries. This place is the worst. The selection isn't always great in store and is overpriced...Every time I place a delivery order, they don't have the items available despite allowing you to add to your cart. I receive an adjusted bill and then have to go out to another store anyway. This morning I placed a delivery order for a sandwich platter, they charged me a delivery fee, shopping fee and the items were individually packaged as if pulled from premade counter, there was no "platter", and the two 18 inch sandwiches were not cut. Then to top it off, they outsourced delivery to Doordash and it was delivered 20 minutes later than the promised delivery window. Despite ordering a platter, there were no condiments or plates... I had to overtip the delivery guy since I noticed how far he had to drive. This is the last time...

A bit expensive but good selection. I was there on weekend and found a few too many kids working there. Went to check out and as I maneuvered to a free line the “kid” put the closed sign up and went to do something else. Suggest more supervision on the weekends

Great store, has all your basic needs. Seems to be fully staffed and shelves are always full. We need more stores like greenway. Thank you for servicing Lewisboro. And of course for the cold beers!

Will not shop here again. Although it says right on the door MASKS REQUIRED, half the people working there were either not wearing masks or had them on under their chins or noses. Many customers were the same. Cheese I purchased was from Oct 2021, which I did not realize until I got home. Immediately refunded when I brought it back which is why I gave one star rather than 0

I love finding grocery stores like Greenway Markets! Outside, I thought this would be similar to a Whole Foods but it was so much better in terms of variety and price. Their hot chicken soup is to die for - the noodles were amazing. I could have eaten five bowls of it! You can also get an assortment of hot bar items which looked yummy. They have regular groceries and best of all, the beer selection is amazing. I'm not from the area so many of the brands were new to me and we ended up getting a Snyder's (yes, the pretzel folks) pretzel flavored one (just meh on that but A+ for variety). My only criticism was that some of the aisles were in disarray. Like people had picked through displays and just left things on the floor or randomly on shelves and had been doing so for days as I can't imagine that happened in just one day. Otherwise, lovely store, helpful staff, great prices, good parking and a great selection of items!

It's very nice to have such a beautiful family-owned store in the area. The produce section is ample and attractive, as is the bakery. They are responsive to customer requests and have an impressive variety of products. It's a little expensive, but this is an expensive area and their overhead must be enormous. They also offer coupons.

Very good customer service. They go out of their way to help you with whatever your looking for in the store and if they don’t have it they will order it for you. The larger supermarkets do not provide that level of service.

Small but well stocked. Nice hot food bar, bakery, and you can eat outside. Plenty of parking.
