Where do I even begin? The store is absolutely filthy for starters and the checkout staff seem like they're all worked like absolute animals. Management is terrible and Noel in particular is the absolute worst. A young lady named Kathleen if I'm not mistaken was the only person doing a darn thing in the deli section. All and all I feel like this is a really poorly run store that takes advantage of it's employees because the staff that's been there long term are too lazy to get up and do anything for themselves.

It's my neighborhood store. I like it a lot. It's convenient. It's always well stocked and clean. The people that work there are always nice. Something is expensive, but the weekly sales are great!!!

No selection, high prices, poor quality, and dilapidated infrastructure. Tops has built a business out of buying up dying mom and pop groceries and sucking any remaining lifeblood from them. I’ll stick with Hannaford or Price Chopper
