“Wow - Kendra and team ROCK! Great communication from start to finish. They are a preferred shipper with Stair Auction House. I've never used UPS before to pick up from an auction house, so I was a bit nervous, but this team clearly does a lot of business with Stair. Kendra was super communicative via email with all my questions before and after the auction. She even adjusted when my shipment would arrive because I was going to be out of town. “I called the post office about a package that I hadn't received on its expected date. Damien explained to me that sometimes packages take longer than expected. He took the tracking number down and my phone number, said he would keep me update on the status of the package. He called me today to let me know that they received the package at the facility and that it was out for delivery. Great customer service!”
