I called to order heating oil to a historic house, and less than 20 minutes later, they were on-site, filling up the tank. Amazing service, unbelievably quick response, and courteous delivery people. If I could give more stars, I would.

Called for fuel oil 9 days ago I know that they are busy but I called and was told it be a couple days before I got it I called after three days and was told I would be delivered it either the end of that day or the next day on the eighth day I was told that I was guarantee to receive it today I called today which is the ninth day and was told I would receive it by this afternoon come high or hell water it is now 4 o'clock and I have not received the fuel I have been below an eighth of a tank for 3 days now I told the oil company this and there was no rush what so ever I have two young children and if I was told it would take this long to get oil I would of utilized another company they have no consideration for anyone and I get the run around I understand that it is very busy and everyone needs fuel but 9 days and the continued saying it will be there tomorrow or today is stopping me from calling another company.
