I've used Kelly's Pharmacy in Coxsackie NY for several years. Recently I was prescribed a medicine directly from the VA but I had some concerns about the interactions with other pills. I called Kelly's for some further guidance and was provided with excellent info about the new prescription (even thou they were not the provider). Sincere thanks to the Pharmacist for taking the extra time and caring response to my questions. Please note, this is not a reflection on the care provided by the VA. I fell back on an excellent local resource and they helped without any question.

Place is a joke, they didn’t ask the person who sent in my script for any of my personal information. Then gave me an attitude when they didn’t have it. First and last time I’ll be going here.

The staff are friendly, patient, helpful, and of course knowledgeable. They took time to answer my questions about prescriptions and over the counter options too.

We just switched over to Kelly's Pharmacy from the Windham Pharmacy and we couldn't be happier. Kelly's was quick with transferring our medications and they have already saved us money. All the employees have been very helpful everytime I call or stop in.

I have been a customer of Kelly's Pharmacy, the West Coxsackie location, for about a year and a half. My experience has been nothing short of amazing.Each time I call, I am met with friendly and helpful service and the same goes for when I am actually able to make it in there in person.The delivery service they offer during the week has been so incredibly helpful for me in my current state of health. They too always meet me at my door with a friendly smile, kind words and are always prompt and reliable.I feel they truly do their due diligence when it comes to hiring the absolute best staff.I have never been treated with anything but empathy, kindness and a smiling face. They are also usually a step ahead of me before I even call. By far the BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. And the only one I will.I honestly can't say enough great things about this business. To always feel so welcome and cared about means so much to me and I know there must be so many others who feel the same way.Thank you so much for all your hard work Kelly's. It's the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with, and everyone who works there is proactive, helpful, pleasant and willing to do whatever it takes to provide the best possible experience for their customers. Other pharmacies can't compete with their service, and I can't recommend them enough. NOTE: I wrote this review before but realized it was Greenville after the fact. I'm a Coxsackie customer!

Always great service. Great pharmacy and team. Highly recommend and the urgent care is in the same plaza. Get medical care in an emergency and your medicine all at once.

Over-the-top customer service! Kudos to Stephanie for doing some research and finding a specific vitamin I requested. The pharmacists are wonderful too, giving lots of personal attention making sure you understand your medicine and how to use it. They are very knowledgeable about side effects too. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
