Purchased a Subaru Forester that ended up having unforseen issues right after taking it home. Jay and his father were incredibly accommodating and made the process easy. Gave a fair value immediately without having to negotiate for my trade-in. Car came with a full set of winter tires, rims included, that was thrown in for free in addition to the all-season tires. When I showed up to pick up my new car, it was in pristine condition with a full tank of gas. Any request that I made, Jay and his team delivered. If you are in the market for a new car or are looking to sell yours for cash, you should give Westchester Auto Exchange a chance to earn your business.

Dealing with the owner, Jason, was a pleasure! Jason was very forthcoming and helpful over the phone and in person. I know that some car salesmen have a reputation of being misleading or will try to pressure you to buy something you don't want. This was NOT the case with Westchester Auto Exchange. They were helpful, honest, and we were satisfied with our car purchase. They helped us with a great deal as well and would highly recommend them.

I bought a 2009 Volkswagen Passat CC in March. There was an open recall on the vehicle. I called Jason to tell him I was having an issue getting my car into VW in Dutchess county. He had me bring the car down to Audi/Volkswagen in Peekskill on a Monday and I waited for my car at the dealership and it was done in 30 min. The way all business was conducted and the respect I was given though the Covid-19 crisis was unbelievable, not to mention my VW is the best car I've ever owned. I will only be getting my cars from Westchester Auto Exchange from here on out!!! They're WONDERFUL.
