Internet purchase - what a mess. They lost our money for a week, failed to deliver the car as promised, the title was defective and had to be cured, they miscollected the sales tax which screwed up registration. Total clown show. One star rating because the car was in great shape as advertised. The rest was a joke.

We recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander ,33.000 dollars later, and when we got home the right front bumper came loose, obviously we called them and they told us to bring the car in the next day and so we did..... service mgr, forgot his name, told us there is a 300 bucks to fix it !!!! Shame on you guys, such a huge corporation as the Curry dealerships and still using cheap moves to make an extra couple of dollars. I'm updating this review today because I was contacted by Joe Addamendi , sales manager, and he's make things right by fixing it at my earliest convenience, I stand corrected... THANKS !

I had a really good experience in Curry Toyota w Bill K. I was just looking and he was very pleasant and patient in providing information about EV's. hybrids, etc. I test drove an SUV. It was a great no pressure experience and although I did not make a purchase as the car wasn't the right one for me I would recommend Bill and Curry Toyota to anyone in the market for a Toyota.

Normally I have my vehicles serviced by a local mechanic shop, with whom I have a really great and trusting relationship. But I had to have some recall work done, so this time I had to go to a dealership. I'm assuming they performed the recall work, but I can't really tell. They also indicated it needed some other work (don't they always?) so I had it done.Fast forward a couple of weeks. There are now literally parts FALLING OFF the vehicle.And to make matters worse, they're calling me on the phone and telling me that they should have charged me more money, and they want me to make up the difference.Never going back.

I typically never send out a review like this, but I have had the WORST customer service experience with Curry Toyota in Mohegan Lake, NY. I ordered a Highlander Hybrid on 1/28 and was told it would take about 3-4 months to get in which I was completely fine with. My original salesman left, and I received a call in April about a highlander but not what I had ordered and never received a call back when I inquired about the one I requested so I waited a bit more and continued calling looking for someone that could help provide me with any sort of insight to help me figure out what I needed to do with my lease. I extended it for 3 months and it was up 6/17. NO HELP, NO RESPONSES! I finally received a call back from a sales manager that committed to keeping me updated regardless of status so that I knew next steps for my lease. I was hopeful that I would hear back or at the very least receive an email. I know that the supply chain is difficult to predict so I was not looking for exact dates but was hoping for a response. I am in supply chain and am empathetic to the situation. All I was looking for was a freaking update whether it was a call, text or email. NOTHING!! Not even from a sales manager! SO UNACCEPTABLE. My husband is a loyal customer for almost the last 10 years and I thought I would purchase from them too. After my inquiries and no call back, I spoke to another salesperson that pretty much said they would not be receiving anymore and that I should consider the Grand highlander. Had someone had the nerve to call me back and tell me this before 5 1/2 months, I would have happily considered it but the fact that they had no intention of every following up with me has made this the worst experience I have ever had! I asked for my deposit to be refunded and called Mount Kisco Toyota (Rivera toyota, NY) and worked with Kelly Raman who was AMAZING and super helpful. She gave me other options and I will be picking up my new Gas Highlander this evening. I will NEVER EVER go back to Curry after this. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating a loyal customer and potential new customer. They have now lost both of our businesses. Just atrocious! Appreciate the time and I hope some changes can be implemented to retain future potential customers. Kudos to Mariano Rivera Toyota in Mt. Kisco, NY for their tremendous CS.

I've had about 10 years of experience coming here both for service and to look for a car. We've had RAV4s since 2010 and love them. In the past we only purchased them in Kingston, though, because we had a good relationship with one of the sales professionals there who always gave us a great deal and made the process quick and painless. Unfortunately, he retired and we've been searching for someone new, with no luck, until TODAY!Originally, we were hesitant to come in, because of our negative experiences in the past 2 weeks visiting other dealers, but they promised not to take up too much time and we decided to try one last time. So glad we did!George was a pleasure to deal with. We told him exactly what we were looking for and what we've been through and he was so helpful and so professional. I was thrilled! Everyone there was so friendly and the showroom has been updated since the last time I was there. It looks wonderful.So happy that we found what we were looking for at a great price and with great people. THRILLED not to have to drive all the way up to Kingston anymore and to have had this wonderful experience in our own backyard!

Stay away from Curry Toyota! They are scam artists! All they care about is making as much money as possible. They unethical and immoral. That lie and steal from the customer as well as the Toyota enterprise. You are better off driving your vehicle into the Hudson river then to go to Curry Toyota.
