Andy is great. He gave me a fair price on some general repairs and he provided me with great customer service. He went above and beyond by helping me to jump start my car when the car broke down the road and I was about to be late for an important meeting. He seems very honest and I got an additional good quote on more work that my car needs. Safe to say I trust him to do the work. I highly recommend him and his body shop. Best experience ever!!!!!! I wish I had run across them a long time ago. Andy is knowledgeable and kind and insisted pick up and drop off service. Amazing team that provided super fast service. Been going to them since I started driving, but the family has been going since mid/late 2000s. Never had a problem that couldn't be solved. Trustworthy and willing to put in the extra effort. Saved me a few hundred dollars on tires!

More UPDATES: Two more visits: Two more good experiences. Very happy with this shop and both labor and management, so far. PREVIOUS experience: Andy got the car into the shop, re-diagnosed the problem (now that he could actually see the car, not just my description of what I thought my car was doing) and said, "good news: it's closely related (hydraulic lines rather than the pump cylinder), but actually simpler than your symptoms indicated and won't be as much work or cost." YAY! He repaired the problem AND also found a ground strap/negative lead BADLY corroded. He was able to repair both problems AND have the car ready to go that afternoon/next day! I think the corroded strap had been causing subtle other problems ' cause the car is behaving great again. It's a first visit, rather than a long standing relationship, but an entirely positive experience: So, Thank You Andy. I'm happy to have a new (to me anyway: They're there for 27-ish years) repair shop and mechanics. [ORIGINAL/INITIAL REVIEW follows: I'm brand new to this place and as body shops like to say, "we meet by accident" . Not in this case, but I did break down and role into the shop yard, almost (missed by 15-20 feet). Andy was knowledgeable, friendly and obliviously very skilled in diagnosis, as I listened to him speak with several customers and explain things. When it was my turn he rapidly did a preliminary assessment and isolated the problem -i believe correctly- based on only a few symptoms. He went on to tell me about the various different issues with the repair. He immediately said he was not positive about the position/location/configuration of the likely failed part on my transmission/clutch on my uncommon model car, but that he'd quickly be able to tell once he actually got a look at it. I respect someone that tells it to you straight and is willing to say, "i don't know" (three of my favorite words to hear, honestly): "But I can find out"... I respect that a lot more as I get older. We'll see how the repair itself goes, but a good read so far.]

Great service, great price, and local.I like to wrench on my own cars when able. Andy is great and this is where I'll be bringing my car only from now on when I dont have the time/cant work on it myself.
