I recently returned my last Jeep Grand Cherokee at lease end, and worked with Bill Volz's dealership again to get into a 2024 model. John and Joe were once again very helpful with this experience. My family and I continue to lease from this dealership because they are consistent in their customer service and competitive pricing. Newer models offer so many tech features, and John was very patient walking me through all of it. I continue to get my vehicle serviced at Bill Volz and have always been satisfied with the service experience as well. I am happy to give another five-star rating.

I have leased once again with the Bill Volz JEEP dealership in Westchester because we are always completely satisfied with the sales experience. The staff makes every effort to ensure their customers understand the process and make time to answer any and all questions. They are competitive with pricing and make every effort to stick to the budget indicated. I drove away with a beautiful new JEEP vehicle that my family and I will enjoy. We continue to return to this dealership because they are consistently customer service oriented. We also have all of our JEEP vehicles serviced at this location. They are reliable, knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of sales and service. I continue to highly recommend Bill Volz for leasing, purchasing, or servicing your cars. High marks for this dealership, all around.

I am updating my previous review of the Bill Volz Westchester dealership, as our family has just leased another Jeep vehicle. These are the only vehicles our family purchases/leases as we are impressed with the consistent quality and safety record of the Jeep brand. In addition, we always return the Bill Volz dealership because we know they will be fair with their pricing, they offer a wide selection, they are professional and efficient with all aspects of the lease process -- from the moment we walk into the dealership until we drive away always satisfied with our new Jeep and with the entire customer service experience!
We also service our vehicles at this location, and always receive excellent service from their friendly and knowledgeable staff. We have, and will continue, to recommend this dealership and this brand.

I have been a loyal customer of Bill Volz's Westchester Chrysler Dodge Jeep for many years. I have leased many vehicles for myself and my family, and I take advantage of the convenient service department as well. I have always had an excellent experience both with sales and with service.
All staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership whether you are purchasing, leasing or servicing you car(s).

I wish i wouldve read all the negative reviews first because whoa do they LIE! STAY AWAY. FROM. THIS. PLACE. I had warranty they stated i would need to pay $2,500 flat for my car to get fixed i was explained although i have warranty in order for them to fix that part they would have to fix other parts and my two front tires are the main problem. I went to go pick up the car grabbed my keys bcuz i cant afford $2,500 i prev paid $2,000 already for thr warranty. My mother came back inside with me we discussed about how expensive the price is kelly stated she will keep it under $2,000 since we had warranty on it. I asked kelly to send me via email. She never did. Called me
Told me i didmt answer so SHE had to make the executive decision to fix my
Break line and will be at NO CHARGE, since that was HER DECISION. I went to go pay and noticed my mother’s card was charged not $2,000, not 2,500 which i was originally quoted but $2,782.31. NOT ONLY WAS I OVER CHARGED butttt they NEVER GAVE ME MY 2 new front tires as promised. THEY DID AN ALIGNMENT ON MY SHOT TIRES !!!!!!! My father and i are furious and are pursing a law suit. I tried speaking to jim the service
Manager since the first time i went there was no problem however he failed to respond or refund me what i was overcharged. I was SCAMMED by KELLY and my co worker was actually scammed by her as well wish i knew this sooner. *BE AWARE*

Bad experience with this company brought my truck January 18th and had problems the whole time I had it. Kept bringing it back every two weeks for something that should of been checked and changed before I got it. Always giving the run around like they fix things mechanic didn't screw a nut on drove the car almost killed me and my family nut was almost off because they rushed it and didn't do their job right just dropped it off July 31 and it's now August 5th and they couldn't find any problems they say they don't hear things but customers are always wrong. I wouldn't get my dog to buy or lease car vehicle from there they don't want fix things that they know was the problem from the beginning worst place to get a vehicle I will never get from here again

Learn from my mistakes - if you’re going to leave a payment to secure a deal make sure the sales agreement is completely filled out first before leaving a non refundable $500 payment or anything down. I got my car a few days ago and my main issue was I was to lied to over a few hundred dollars.
John my salesman told me taxes, registration, plates, first month will be the down payment for my car lease. I put a non refundable $500 down to secure the deal. I noticed on the sales agreement - the areas labeled were left blank and when I asked him about it he told me the sales manager wasn’t in to confirm the tax price but don’t worry it’ll be around 3k -3400 total with first month and the other fees. I trusted him, because I spoke to him a bunch of times already so I put the non refundable $500 down. I also was going to get a second car this week for my wife, so I figured they would want to continue to do good business with me.
The next day , I returned my current lease down the road and went to jeep to pick up my new car. When I meet the sales manager the remaining cost ended up being over 3k and I was confused because I already put $500 down and John told me it’ll be around $3-3400. The salesman broke down the fees and taxes, first month, registration, etc came out to a little under 3k. When I asked about the additional $8-900, he told me that’s what I’m putting down out of pocket for the deal.
John knew I didn’t want to put anything out of pocket as I told him this countless times over the last few months as he has been communicating with me to find me a deal I like. I called and texted John about the out of pocket money because he was not in the day I got my vehicle (coincidence ?) but unfortunately he hasn’t returned my call or text since I got my vehicle. (He always responded to calls and text prior to this - (he must not want to explain the $8-900 added to closing cost).
It’s my understanding the dealership should contact the customer within 48 hrs of purchasing a new vehicle, no one has contacted me.
I had to get the car because I already returned my lease and it wasn’t the sales managers fault because my salesman wasn’t in that day. If the phones are recorded , I’m sure the owner or manager can listen to the phone call from when John and I spoke and he told me the deal first over the phone, which is why I came in that day.
All together I was charged $8-900 on top of the taxes, registration, plates, first month. I was even asked to give a great review to Jeep because they get additional bonuses. I had to be truthful in my review to Jeep, same way I’m being truthful here.

I would think, they would’ve preferred a loyal customer that wanted to purchase an additional vehicle the same week. I can’t continue business with people that do business this way.

Purchasing my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from you guys was a great experience. Dealership gave me more for my trade in to help out, and went out of their way to get me the best possible interest rate available. All of the service reps here are always friendly, efficient and professional. Normally, they resolve the issue while I wait and when necessary, they’ll give you a ride home and pick you up if you have only one car at that moment. I’ve only had one recurring issue I had to bring my vehicle back in for, but they got me back in quickly to take a second look.

I would like for everyone to check with the Westchester D.A.'s office before considering purchasing a car from Bill Volz. I was ripped off to the point where I was arrested at my home for action l took after trying to contact Kenneth Volz HIMSELF to which he would not respond. All I wanted was my money back. They DESTROYED MY CAR! My case was dropped to a "VIOLATION" and I am currently working on my civil case against them. I have ALL of my receipts and they even lied to Jeep USA themselves and had the case I opened there closed not knowing this was FAR FROM OVER! As of my final court date which was 2/26/24 that dealership was under 17 separate criminal investigations. As I mentioned earlier, please contact the Westchester County D.A.'s office if you do not believe me. Their day of reckoning is COMING!

I had a great first-time car buying experience! Leoun assisted me throughout the process from the first day I walked in to a few weeks later when I signed off on the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and most importantly patient! All of my questions and concerns were answered. When I arrived to finalize everything, I was surprised with a big red bow on the vehicle and a red carpet. Very sweet of him & the staff. Small details like that are very much appreciated throughout this experience. The other team members were also very friendly! I would definitely recommend this dealer, but I would especially recommend Leoun! ?

Bought a Used Jeep here years ago. They did nothing to check the car before I left with it. They failed to change the oil, gas it up and as a matter of fact the low air pressure light was on. The air valve was worn out and I eventually (3 weeks later) had to replace the wheel. I was having issues with the car and when I took it to a mechanic to have it looked at, he said he couldn’t get electricity into the back of the car. I went there with the proof and I was kicked out and fought against every step of the way, all I wanted was the reimbursement for the repairs. They fought me and claimed there was nothing wrong. This place is full of crooks. Go somewhere else!!!

Very kind staff, clean customer area. They have good snacks and drinks/coffee for when you have to wait in service for your vehicle. They take extra care to make sure you're a happy customer. I have also purchased a vehicle from them and had a very good experience. John Fles was our salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure I loved my new car. Thanks for the great experience!

Top notch dealership, Nick our salesmen was awesome not pushy and great salesman. Elijah finance manager worked on getting us the best rate and helped with payment option to include an additional 6 year warranty. Joe sales manager gave us great money for our trade, and last but not least Mike the general manager was very accommodating, and willing to help in any way possible. This is my 2nd, vehicle I have purchased from Bill Volz's Jeep and would not go anywhere else!
