So, is Walgreens going out of business? This Cortland branch is rarely open ( who knew pharmacies close?!) Both the people in the store and the pharmacy are rude and offer zero help. Imagine needing heart medication and they just aren't open for several days?!! Switching pharmacies immediately.

Pharmacy isclosed for 2 days now. People need their prescriptions. Update. This is the third trip I've made here All three trips the pharmacy is closed so I will be moving all my prescriptions out of here

I needed my prescription and they told me it was out but it would be in Monday. I come in Monday and they tell me it will be in Tuesday. It is now Thursday and nothing, the pharmacist was rude too. I asked if they could transfer to somewhere else closer to me and he just told me I could visit this store whenever I wanted.Update: I transferred it to another store and it's ready within an hour. There are many more Walgreens in the area, do not go here.

Honestly this place is embarrassing. I worked here and the the workers are lazy. They just sit in the office all day while you’re being rushed and have to do 5 jobs at one time. They wonder why everyone quits, there was a guy who quit not even 1 hour into his shift; honestly I don’t blame him. I call up a manager to assist me in the photo department because i’m doing the register up front and they say “you can’t do it why?” ummm because I am 1 person? They are racist and love to stereotype colored people. They were so quick to call the cops on 2 colored girls stealing schools supplies, but when it came down to a white person stealing pokémon cards, cosmetic items, or food, they just were like “okay we’ll keep an eye out for them” and that’s all. I don’t condone stealing at all, but you should be treating all thieves the same. Honestly I loved the pharmacy people; they may have been slow workers, but they were very short staffed (I wonder why?!) and they usually performed better than other pharmacies. For management, honestly they just hire anyone off the street and make them a manager or boss. You know it’s bad when your own boss can’t even count a cash deposit correctly…

Nice and clean store things are easy to find and staff is friendly. I Just wish they would have a few more people working on weekends.

12/14/2022The pharmacy only filled a quarter of my prescription last week, due to being out. The lady told me more would be in Tuesday. Well today I called to check up on it and she said that it still hasn't been ordered, so that I will be unmedicated for an "indeterminate amount of time". I asked how long does she think, because I can't be unmedicated. She HUNG UP ON ME. This is now over 10 days since my medication was sent to the pharmacy for refill.

Attention Manager; 10/15/22 1pm drive up window. 20 minute wait for 1 car before me.At the window immediately gave my name & address.A female brunette gestapo clerk with black glasses demanded DOB, & tel# as more proof of identity over loud speaker "to locate me in their system" ??As a 10 + year customer with credit card on file & active Walgreens card & recurring 30 > 90 day (non narcotic) prescriptions since 2010 this is ridiculous !! I dug out my driver license so not to shout private info from outside & she said "hold it up to window"(Why not place it in draw? )5 minutes later she asks my address again.I explained I was a long time customer & complained I already gave her my DRIVERS LICENSE & also about exposing my personal info to others within earshot. Im there now 30 minutes to pick up 1 glucose test meter !!I complained that employees like her would sink Walgreens. I asked when the regular very tall young man will return bc he knows his customers name on sight!!The kicker Im a first time glucose meter user, I drove 24 miles round trip to pick it up ..only to find out it didn't include test strips !!!The regular male clerk woud have asked if I needed test strips.FIRE that incompetent, inconsiderate, obnoxious female that never even apologized for the long 40 minute delay! Now I.have order strips & wait another 3 days to test glucose levels.L. Grace

The Pharmacy can schedule vaccination appointments, they just can’t keep them due to poor customer service and lack of training.
Arrived 10 minimum early for a 8:45AM vaccination appointment and waited until 9:30AM before finally getting the vaccine.
(And a person that checked in AFTER me was vaccinated 15 minutes before me!)

I desperately needed a prescription filled on 9/19/21 for my dog having seizures. The cost was outrageous!!! $44.49 for 15 pills. I've obtained a new prescription and was able to get it filled for $9.90 for 90! Outrageous!!! So....11 cents a pill or $2.97????
