Management was extremely rude and dismissive, severely lacking basic customer service skills. They claimed that their office does NOT give any sort of misinformation, any time, regardless of circumstances, which happened numerous times. They could've accommodated our request, however they refused unapologetically. We will take our $500 transaction to the Homer office, along with any future business.

Cathy is the absolute worst person I’ve ever met she shouldn’t be working customer service I was in near tears because of her. What a piece of work. The gentleman who helped me was incredible and kind however. Thank you to that man for letting kindness prevail.

Fraudulent! I've lived here my whole life and all of a sudden my mail stops and when I call them they have no explanation and don't care to look into the problem. Definitely reporting to attorney general offices now.

Nothing but issues after issues with this "city" very rude people, no help at all, never had any issues in the country but as soon as I move to the city my mail randomly stops being delivered, letters randomly go missing after being scanned into the system. Pure awfulness.

Whoever delivers mail for the Cortland NY post office on Sundays has some sort of issue but I'm not sure what it is. They can't seem to understand the concept of leaving a package in or at a mailbox or at the door. They bring it back to the post office and make you come get it. What a sloppy, lazy employee. This happens quite a bit, so I've just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and called Marc Molinaro's office and spoke with a nice woman named Michelle about what the post office does on Sundays. Get your lives together, this is your job. Do it or quit and let someone else do it.

Drivers frequently refuse to actually attempt deliveries, and will keep packages on site. Once had a package that was marked as delivered but never arrived. Thought it was delivered to the wrong apartment or stolen, but it was actually AT THE POST OFFICE. I was very surprised to be handed that with a bunch of other packages they "weren't able to deliver." If I could I would go out of my way to make sure that USPS never delivers any package I order so that they can actually arrive.

they need a direct number. packages being sent to the post office for me to pick up - after I saw you drive by my house. inconvenient to say the least. I want a direct number not a National number and an operator who hangs up on you!! now you can see me in person at 4pm today and deal with me over my package that was due in yesterday... but your driver drives by and takes it back to the post office. now I have to leave work early just to do this! see ya soon!

Postmaster Dejoy has done his best to take an outstanding service, and reduced it considerably, and increased the cost . Very sad in my humble opinion.

Very RUDE employees at this location.They literally wouldn't give me my mail because maintenance is fixing our front porch so I had packages from eBay they couldn't be delivered, I tracked my packages they said held at post office, I went there to get them and they told me no they won't give them to be even though I have a current up to date ID card. I'm really annoyed would give 0 stars if I could

I would give a 0 but the system would not allow it. I did not receive a package in time that I purchased expedited service for and was told the package was over sized. I had no recourse with the shipper because the mail carrier put in the system it was delivered. According to the USPS website the package was not oversized. The Cortland Office was rude and didn't care. Especially the "manager" Heather.

USPS is great!
