Buying a car from Matt was by far the BEST and EASIEST experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, no hidden fees, no number games with percentage rates like alot of dealers play. He recommended i check out AmeriCU and they had the best rates around. He was upfront and honest about everything. The vehicle was immaculate on the inside and out. It had a full tank of gas and he even paid for a second key to be made. He also gives a 12 month/ 15k warranty at no additional cost. I highly recommend buying a car from Upstate Auto. Well wife and I have owned a explorer for exactly yr now so far I've replaced front and rear brakes pads/rotors all 4 tires one passenger wheel bearing two knock sensors air conditioner stopped working completely in Virginia still doesn't work .we now have engine light on from shutter failure.lesson I learned is don't allow wife go alone to any car dealer .does this place have junk vehicles I don't know but take vehicle pay money put damn thing on lift before buying.

Owner is super nice and helpful. If you're looking for a used car I can't recommend this place enough. 12 month warranty on all his cars which is unheard of for cars over 100k miles. Would definitely buy from them again.

I have purchased two vehicles from Upstate Auto. One in 2019 and one in April 2024. Both times I received quality service and had positive no pressure experiences. I appreciate that all sales now include a 1 yr / 15000 mile power train warranty. I would recommend Upstate Auto and would purchase from them again.

They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling. Very helpful with any questions I had for my vehicle. I had a problem with the car before I bought it they took care of the problem in a very fast and professional manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking around for an affordable vehicle!

Matt is awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle! I had previously bought a VW Tiguan from him and had an accident with it. I knew immediately that I wanted to purchase from him again! Matt is truthful, accommodating, and stands behind his cars! I am so excited for my new car and cannot thank him enough!

I am so happy to be in my new truck. This by far was the best experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new truck. I heard people say it’s so stressful. This must be the zen dealership. Because it was 0% stress. I made a phone call and Matt crumb was on the ball. A few phone conversations with him and his lenders. One week later I’m in the seat of MY2017 f150 STX4x4. Very clean bright red FORD TRUCK. MATT YOUR AN AWESOME MAN! Honest up front and WANTED ME TO HAVE THIS TRUCK!! Again if you need a ride go see this guy. MATT CRUMB. UPSTATE AUTO SALES FOR THE WIN! We bought a beautiful used minivan from Matt at UAC, and it was such a pleasant experience. I have never said “it’s been a pleasure doing business with you” and literally meant it :) he made the entire process so easy- dealing with the license plates, our insurance carrier, DMV, inspection, the whole thing took just a few days and two short trips to his nice place in cortland. The car was immaculate, he answered every question we had. He even threw in a 1 year, 15k mile warranty for free! That was a wonderful surprise. I’ve bought several used cars in my life and this was by far the most enjoyable time.
