Typically bad customer service. Cores and defects can be rejected for packaging being bad. Better off dealing with another jobber or wholesale auto parts supplier. Prices are hard to beat on some things though. This opinion is after 10+ years of dealing with the company in Utica, Syracuse and now Cortland.
