I did an online order for pickup for the first time at this Walgreens and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and brought it right out to my car. There was an appropriate substitution. Will order from here again.

Online listed hours are never what the pharmacy hours actually are. Rx out of stock. When we can come back again, they are closed on weekends. Not open until 9 am. Weekdays .How are working people supposed to get their meds?! We live 40 minutes 1 way to get meds and have gotten the run around so many times. Switching pharmacies now

Can't rely on script being in-stock and they don't let you know until you call. Went once and could not pick up because pharmacist wasn't on duty. Staff turnover seems high. Kept hoping they would improve but no.

After waiting 3-5 mins waiting she comes up and is questioning me about using my so's employee discount for kids cough drops and band aids which is perfectly fine per the manager. I will not be spending my money there again because in all reality walmart would have most likely been the same price or less even with the discount.

I had recently changed insurance companies and did not yet have my new cards but needed my prescription. I explained this to the Pharmacist, Jason and he told me what information he needed from them. After some time on the phone my insurance company gave me a number for the pharmacy to call. It was almost closing time, but Jason called the number, and it turned out my insurance wasn’t accepted there, but he gave me a list of places that would take my insurance and told me that if they called, he could transfer my prescription over. At first, I was just going to pay the $200 out of pocket for my medicine, believing the insurance company would reimburse it upon me submitting the receipt, but that would not have worked. Because Jason went out of his way to help me, I saved $200.

Great place to shop and pick up prescription. Many people complain about problems with their scripts but do not realize that if it's an opiate based script, the DEA controls the filling of these since March 2018. The DEA can't stop the drug problem on the streets so now they restrict the people who really need our meds.

I have been calling in my medicine here for a while now and the past 4 months every month when I need my refills they only fufill 1/3 of the prescriptions. I need a medication and then needles and syringes to actually be able to use it, they only give me my medicine with nothing to administer it with. I then have to call them again and reorder and wait another 2 days for them to have them. My medication is a controlled substance so by the time I am allowed to refill it and have the availability to pick it up it is within 1/2 days of my next dose so needing to do all the extra steps for the needles makes it so I have to miss 1 out of every 4 doses. I have tried to remedy this by specifically stating on the phone that I need “X medication, drawing needles and syringes” but the last 4/5 times my request was not listened to. If I needed a specific rx number, they didn’t tell me. I am going to be using a different pharmacy

Went to go get my covid booster, they had me fill out the forms and wait a half hour before telling me I didn't actually qualify to get it. "The CDC doesn't actually recommend the booster for most people." The shot was literally on the table next to me and they told me I couldn't recieve it.

My kids want this store to be renamed Walgreens: The Karen Experience, because the workers all act like Karens and every customer is huge inconvenience to their day. Our cashier rolled her eyes so much we thought she was having a seizure. We tried to rush outside to get her help, but they had locked the doors 15 minutes prior to closing, so we had to leave a pile of cash on the counter and let her fend for herself while the rest of the team watched tik toks on their phones. Fortunately the eye rolling subsided once we left and no one else could get in because the doors were locked, so we’re pretty sure they were all okay. 5/10 would recommend Karen Experience. 0/10 would not recommend for actually shopping.

Ever since switching from Rite Aid to Walgreens I have had nothing but issues with the pharmacy. They don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner, and I have had numerous incidents where I am notified it is ready for pickup only to get there and it's either not ready or they "have no record of it"

COVID Testing Process Needs Work: while the online form for scheduling a COVID test is clean, thorough and easy to follow, the turn-around time is NOT what is advertised. The website DOES NOT clarify that the 24 hours is from WHEN THE LAB RECEIVES the sample.......not from when the test was administered. A big....not a slight.....difference. You only find out that it is 24 hours after lab RECEIPT when you call in to find out what the status of your test is. It didn't help that the pharmacist assistant administering the test told me I'd have the results "tonight" (for a 12:30pm test).....set a completely incorrect expectation. When you call in, that is when the auto-attendant tells you that it actually may take 24-72 hours for test results. If you want to engage in real fantasy, go to the links for the two labs (Aegis Sciences and LabCorp) to see some compelling test turn-around data for Aegis and a confusing set of responsiveness data for LabCorp.........of course this data will have no bearing on your actual wait time....we're at 30 hrs with no way to check on the status of my son's test. Aggravating. They should give you a test number so you can track your test results....like is done with UPS, Fedex, Amazon, etc.
