I've used Monroe for approx 34 years now and have always gotten excellent service! They do get busy, so don't get upset for waiting a little extra. They don't tell you that you need something fixed if it doesn't need it. They will tell you about wearing of parts and will give you recommendations!!!!

My wife and I and the kids were coming back home from vacation . We noticed our tire was flat and we first went to Mr.tire around the corner in Cortland. Immediately when I walked in the lady was swearing under her breath as if she didn’t want to help me with my services … I told her my situation with two young kids in the car and alls I needed was a quick flat tire repair and she couldn’t do that . I went over to Monroe tires and the manager John was the most professional, charismatic, manager I’ve ever dealt with . They were almost at closing time but he still took us in knowing he’d be getting out later .. I couldn’t thank him enough for getting us back home safe would recommend this place to everyone

Tried charging me 600 for rear brakes but got it done for 120$ then guy got mad cause I didn’t want spend the 600 lmao

The staff and management is extremely professional in the shop I frequent which is in Cortland New York.The manager John's always been helpfulat at getting me in with last minute appointments.They give me honest estimates and are always very helpful with any work I need done.

I was unable to make the appointment so my son took it down for me and they treated him very well called me everystep of the way and kept me informed on my vehicle and at the end I walked away with less than a 100 dollar bill so I was even more happier..I will return in future and thank u to the wonderful ladies that work there for treating my son good..

The Sunday crew is awesome. The 2 ladies working here took care of me without an appointment. The cool pink hair technician is so nice and knowledgeable. Better than the male technicians. Both deserve a BIG raise and recognition for outstanding customer service.

Great job on mounting tires. So not good with cost of service after they stripped a lug taking tire off. Then charge me for their mistake of double the cost.
