Ben also helped me pick out a new phone and it was the fastest, and easiest process I've had switching phones. Ben has the customer service that I wish I experienced more often. “Had a random issue with my iPhone pop up before heading off on a big trip to Europe. Panicking, I went to Geek Squad at Best Buy and was quoted $500 for repair. I thought I was going to need to buy a whole new phone after being told that. Decided to stop by at Cricket and Alex greeted with a big smile on his face and was eager to help me fix my phone.
